Gift for Wine Lover
I just bought a present for my buddy who knows a lot about wine, especially when it comes to Italian wine. I don't really know much about wine myself, but the website I used made it super easy to pick something out. They had filters for different regions and tastes that helped me find a bunch of options my friend would love. In the end, I picked out a few bottles that didn't break the bank and I felt pretty good about my choices because the descriptions were so detailed. Now, I'm excited to hear what my friend thinks once they try them out.

This was my first time buying wine from this website because I wanted to give my wife a surprise. I'm not really into wine myself, so I didn't know what to look for. Online wine order
I ran into some trouble with the shipping dates when I was trying to put in my order. The website just wouldn't accept the dates I wanted, so I had to reach out to customer service for help. The only problem was that they weren't around late at night, so I had to hold off until the next day to sort things out. Dealing with this problem was annoying, but I finally got my order placed after some back-and-forth.

I gotta say, I was really blown away by all the different wines they had on this site. The service was excellent and my order got to me super quick. The prices were pretty fair too, especially with those awesome online deals they had.
Champagne order never arrived
I was so excited to pop open a bottle of champagne, but it never showed up. I checked the tracking and saw it was stuck on the truck for a whole week, eh? Like, come on, why the delay? My other FedEx stuff gets here no problem. It's annoying to think they're trying to make me fork over cash for speedy shipping. I'm totally let down by this whole delivery situation.
Gift card never received
I got a gift card from this company but it never showed up. They didn't admit they messed up, instead insisting they emailed it to me despite the original order saying it needed an adult signature for delivery by Fedex. Two weeks went by and I still hadn't gotten an email with the gift card. When I asked for a refund since I didn't get my item, they said no refunds for gift cards. I tried to explain that I just wanted a refund for something I never got in the first place, but they wouldn't change their mind. They couldn't even show proof they sent the gift card email. This whole thing felt like a $100 scam.
3-day delivery frustration
I can't believe there was no explanation for why 3-day delivery wasn't an option! I'm a Stewardship member and I was happy to pay extra for quick delivery, but not having that choice left me clueless. It's really frustrating and has definitely affected how I feel about the company.
Recent wine orders
I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the wines I got in my latest orders. Those Silver Oak Cabernets were something else - and not in a good way. I couldn't even finish a few bottles, ended up dumping them down the drain. It's just frustrating to have such a mix of good and bad wines.
Wide selection, fair prices, delayed delivery
I really liked all the different types of wine I could choose from on Wine.com. The prices were pretty good, especially when comparing them to other websites selling wine. But I was kind of bummed out about how long it took for my order to arrive - it was usually later than they said it would be.
Delivery Experience with Wine.com
So, let me tell ya, Wine.com really messed up when it came to delivering my package. I was hoping for a smooth process, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and annoyed. And to add insult to injury, they used FedEx for the delivery, which made things even worse. The delivery person tried dropping off my order while I was home, but I was busy working down in the basement. They barely waited a minute before taking off. Like, come on! That lack of effort and not considering my schedule is just not cool. And trying to deal with my order through their text link was a total disaster. It was a complete flop. I couldn't track my order or change the delivery at all. And get this, I even went the extra mile to put a vacation hold on my FedEx account, but Wine.com still tried delivering my order multiple times after I had already made special arrangements. Can you believe it?
Got the wrong order
So yeah, I ordered six bottles of grape juice, right? But instead, I received a bunch of random stuff. I reached out to customer service, and they were super friendly and all, but no one ever got back to me like they promised. And you know what? I still haven't got my hands on that grape juice!
Champagne ordered for birthday gift
So I ordered a bottle of champagne for my buddy's birthday from this website. I'm in NYC and the gift was heading to California. Wanted it to be a sweet surprise, but lo and behold - the bottle never showed up when it was supposed to! Ends up it got sent to the wrong address by accident. Now I'm just waiting, hoping it finally gets delivered. The online service was fine, but if they can't even get the shipping right, what's the deal, eh?
Wine purchase
I got some wine, but it took forever to arrive! There were so many different wines to pick from, but a bunch of them were already sold out. And seriously, why don't they just let you know how strong the wine is?
