I got a gift card from this company but it never showed up. They didn't admit they messed up, instead insisting they emailed it to me despite the original order saying it needed an adult signature for delivery by Fedex. Two weeks went by and I still hadn't gotten an email with the gift card. When I asked for a refund since I didn't get my item, they said no refunds for gift cards. I tried to explain that I just wanted a refund for something I never got in the first place, but they wouldn't change their mind. They couldn't even show proof they sent the gift card email. This whole thing felt like a $100 scam.

So listen, I recently bought this eyeshadow palette online, right? But let me tell you, dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare. I placed my order and waited for a confirmation email, but nothing came through. So I decided to reach out to customer service for some help. They told me not to worry, my order was all good and I'd get a shipping confirmation soon. Days went by and still nothing. I decided to contact them again. Turns out, my order never actually went through because of some technical glitch, and it was canceled without anyone telling me. And get this, when I asked about getting my money back, they just kept giving me the runaround. I had to end up opening a claim with PayPal. The whole situation was beyond frustrating. The lack of communication and responsibility from the customer service team was just wild.
