Lipstick for my mom
I ordered a lipstick for my mom but I didn't get any confirmation email, and it took more than a week for them to ship it. They mentioned a gift promotion on the first purchase, but when I inquired, they told me I needed to spend over $150. That's not fair since there was no mention of it on their website! Seriously, false advertising, eh? And I'm in the same city as their warehouse, so why did it take so long to ship? Not cool, man.
Eyeshadow palette
So listen, I recently bought this eyeshadow palette online, right? But let me tell you, dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare. I placed my order and waited for a confirmation email, but nothing came through. So I decided to reach out to customer service for some help. They told me not to worry, my order was all good and I'd get a shipping confirmation soon. Days went by and still nothing. I decided to contact them again. Turns out, my order never actually went through because of some technical glitch, and it was canceled without anyone telling me. And get this, when I asked about getting my money back, they just kept giving me the runaround. I had to end up opening a claim with PayPal. The whole situation was beyond frustrating. The lack of communication and responsibility from the customer service team was just wild.
