Matte Liquid Lipstick
I bought the matte liquid lipstick from this brand and I was really impressed with it. The colour was so nice and it stayed on all day without me having to reapply all the time. It also didn't dry out my lips, which is a big plus. I'll definitely be buying it again in the future.

Order of Face Powder
I recently went online and ordered some Face Powder, but unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. They got one item right, but the other one was completely wrong. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd send me a replacement within a week. But it's been longer than that, and I still haven't received it--super disappointing. They also told me I'd get a refund in 2-5 days, but now they're saying it'll be more like 5-7 days. This wait has been incredibly frustrating, especially since it's been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. This whole situation has really turned me off, and I'm not sure I want to buy from them again in the future.
