Returns & RefundsI recently went online and ordered some Face Powder, but unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. They got one item right, but the other one was completely wrong. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd send me a replacement within a week. But it's been longer than that, and I still haven't received it--super disappointing. They also told me I'd get a refund in 2-5 days, but now they're saying it'll be more like 5-7 days. This wait has been incredibly frustrating, especially since it's been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. This whole situation has really turned me off, and I'm not sure I want to buy from them again in the future.
