CommunicationI ordered a lipstick for my mom but I didn't get any confirmation email, and it took more than a week for them to ship it. They mentioned a gift promotion on the first purchase, but when I inquired, they told me I needed to spend over $150. That's not fair since there was no mention of it on their website! Seriously, false advertising, eh? And I'm in the same city as their warehouse, so why did it take so long to ship? Not cool, man.
