Champagne order never arrived

This product is a total disaster. It's like putting on lipstick, but instead of looking nice, it just makes your face all oily. I put it on before heading out for a walk, and when I got back, my face was a magnet for tiny bugs that got stuck in the sticky mess. Cleaning it off was a nightmare. I wouldn't even give this product one star, it's that bad.

I had a pretty rough situation happen to me the other day when I was trying to get a tuxedo for my wedding. I came across a super nice jacket at the store and thought I'd order the matching pants online. The sales rep said they had it in stock, so I went ahead and bought it. But then, a week later, I got an email saying they had to cancel my order because they ran out of stock, and they didn't offer any alternatives. Now, I'm freaking out with just over two weeks left until my wedding, trying to find a new tuxedo. Pretty disappointing service from a brand I thought I could trust.
