    Recent LEGO set purchase

    This store is a complete ripoff! They just go around blocking people, saying they broke the rules without any proof. I got kicked out because they said I broke some loyalty program rule by apparently getting something free from customer service, which never even happened. Can you believe that? I suggest everyone gets legal help because they're just doing whatever they feel like. It's crazy what they're getting away with. If you ever get an email like the one they sent me (see below), be careful because they might ban you for nothing. It's just ridiculous.

    Returning undelivered order

    I'm pretty upset about how customer service has handled my missing order. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but I'm not getting any solid answers or solutions. It's been a real pain trying to get my money back for the order that got sent back in December. It's been 4 weeks now and I still haven't seen a refund. This kind of service is just not okay, I need better efficiency and care as a customer.

No matter what problem I had, they dealt with it quickly and were super nice during our chat. You can tell that the customer service crew there really cares about making customers happy.

    LEGO building set

    As a customer at the LEGO shop, I bought a LEGO building set for my kid not long ago. I was so pumped to surprise them with it and made sure to order it in advance of a special day. But, darn it, the package arrived nearly a whole week later than I thought, totally messing up my child's big day. I reached out to their customer service to complain, but they didn't even acknowledge the hassle or offer anything to make up for it. That kind of service just won't cut it, so I'll be looking elsewhere for LEGO sets from now on.

    Harry Potter LEGO Sets

    My son and I recently started collecting Harry Potter LEGO Sets. We've had a bit of trouble with missing pieces in 6 sets and even a double bag in one of the advent calendars. But I managed to get all the missing pieces and the contents of the bag from the advent calendar are on their way to me. The staff member I chatted with was very helpful, and I've had positive experiences overall. I think it's all about how you talk to people, treating them the way you'd like to be treated. From what I've seen, keep up the good work! Wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

    My recent LEGO set purchase

    I'm such a big fan of LEGO, I've got sets that are worth over $2000. But lately, I've been noticing that the prices just keep going higher and higher. Plus, the last three sets I bought were all missing pieces, which really shouldn't happen when you're paying $150, $100, or $200 for them. I'm starting to think about trying out a different brand where the prices are more reasonable and the quality is just as good, based on what I've read in reviews.

    The customer service is pretty good, they said they'll send me the missing pieces in about 10 days, but it's still frustrating when you can't finish building because of missing parts. I mean, what's up with LEGO lately? Even those ugly stickers on the Formula 1 cars - they came with two sheets of stickers, why not just include printed designs instead? And do they realize that they're not selling as much as they used to?

    I'll finish putting together my current set once the missing piece comes in, but after that, I'm not sure if I'll buy from them again. LEGO needs to step up their game, we can rightfully expect that with the prices they charge.

    Awesome building set

    Hey folks, I picked up this awesome building set from the store and I was really looking forward to putting it together. But then, I found out they charged extra on my card for an item that's on back order! I reached out to customer service, but they were no help whatsoever. Now, I'm just sitting tight, waiting for them to figure out their billing issue and refund my money. I hope they sort this out quickly because I just want to enjoy building my set without any financial worries!

    I recently bought a bunch of LEGO sets from their website, which had a ton of options to choose from. But honestly, it wasn't a great experience overall. The site looked good, but man, it was so slow to use. And ordering stuff was a pain too. I wanted to pay later, but got an email three days later saying I had to pay upfront. I asked customer service about payment plans, but they couldn't give me a straight answer. And I couldn't pay with ideal, which sucked. They said it'd take 2-3 days to get my order, but it actually took 7-8 days. And the tracking info was useless, it kept saying my package was in the warehouse for days before magically being delivered.

    I've decided to stop buying those popular building block brands and try out some other options. I discovered there are better quality and cheaper choices out there. These alternatives have a variety of building sets and lots of creative options without costing an arm and a leg. I think it's important to back brands that focus on making good quality stuff that doesn't cost a fortune.

    This store really messed up when it came to customer service. I was missing a piece from my McLaren F1 car set, so I contacted them to ask for the missing piece. Instead of sending it to me, they kept making excuses as to why they couldn't help me out. Even when I mentioned that the missing piece was damaged, they still wouldn't assist me. So, I had to buy the missing piece from somewhere else, which was really disappointing considering how much I had already spent on the set. I won't be coming back to shop here for sure.

    LEGO set missing piece

    My kid got a LEGO set for their 8th birthday, but it was missing a piece. The folks at customer service were really awesome - they knew their stuff. But it kinda ticked me off that they didn't mention until the end that the hotline was based in England. Shouldn't an 0800 number be free, even if it's international? The call went on for about 13 minutes. Anyone got an answer for me? Thanks a bunch in advance.

    The service was so amazing, way better than I expected! I bought a motor set and it arrived broken, but within a week, LEGO sent a replacement set. They were really good at keeping in touch, and my 9-year-old son was over the moon!

    I had a pretty bad experience at the store not too long ago. A friend asked me to buy a LEGO set for them using a promo code they had for a discount. But when I went to use the code, it got rejected because it wasn't in my name. It was super annoying and really put me off. Plus, the managers were also not very nice and didn't offer any help, which just made things worse. So in the end, I ended up buying the LEGO set somewhere else and saved a bunch of money in the process.

    Missing piece in my luxury car set

    I noticed there was a piece missing from my fancy car set, so I went online to request it. The next day, when I couldn't carry on building, I called up customer service. They told me it might take about two weeks to get the missing piece to me. But, they also offered to send me a smaller set that had the same piece for free, which I thought was pretty cool of them. Eventually, the missing piece did show up, but luckily it didn't take as long as we thought it would. That's what I call top-notch service, and now I get why they've been in business for 90 years.
