Shoes for work and casual wear
The person who helped me when I went shopping was so great! They knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect shoes for both work and everyday wear. They answered all my questions perfectly and made the whole shopping trip easy. The selection of shoes was awesome, with lots of different styles and sizes to choose from. And the quality of the shoes was top-notch. I left the store feeling happy with my purchase and really pleased with the service I got.

Recent LEGO set purchase
This store is a complete ripoff! They just go around blocking people, saying they broke the rules without any proof. I got kicked out because they said I broke some loyalty program rule by apparently getting something free from customer service, which never even happened. Can you believe that? I suggest everyone gets legal help because they're just doing whatever they feel like. It's crazy what they're getting away with. If you ever get an email like the one they sent me (see below), be careful because they might ban you for nothing. It's just ridiculous.

Luggage purchase with broken zippers
I bought this suitcase with the zippers all wonky. So, I tried to take it back 'cause of the defect, but they told me it was too late. Can you believe it? They're still selling the same messed up luggage, so obviously they knew about the problem, but they won't give me a refund. I wasted 75 bucks on that junk. Can't even donate it 'cause it's busted. I used to be a fan of this store, but not anymore. Watch out if you're thinking about shopping there, eh!

Harry Potter LEGO Sets
My son and I recently started collecting Harry Potter LEGO Sets. We've had a bit of trouble with missing pieces in 6 sets and even a double bag in one of the advent calendars. But I managed to get all the missing pieces and the contents of the bag from the advent calendar are on their way to me. The staff member I chatted with was very helpful, and I've had positive experiences overall. I think it's all about how you talk to people, treating them the way you'd like to be treated. From what I've seen, keep up the good work! Wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Tried inputting family info, messed up, had trouble fixing mistakes
Oh man, I thought the answers were great, really detailed and all, but I had some trouble entering my family details. Ended up putting my siblings on my mom's side by mistake, and geez, it was a pain to switch them to the correct spot.

I just bought the universal lightweight tarp from Unigear, and I gotta say, it's way better than I thought. This tarp is just what you need if you're hiking without a tent or if you want to level up your hammock rainfly game. It's flexible, waterproof, and fits perfectly in my budget and space. I'm super impressed with how good this product is. And big shoutout to the Unigear support team for being so helpful and providing amazing service. Pit Viper sunglasses
I've had my eye on Pit Viper sunglasses for a while now, but they were a bit pricey for me. When I saw they were on sale for the pair I wanted, I went ahead and bought them. Gotta say, these shades are top-notch quality and even better than I expected. They seem really sturdy, which is perfect for all the adventures I've got planned. Despite some worries from reading reviews, my experience with Pit Viper has been pretty good. Shipping did take a bit longer than I thought, but it wasn't a huge deal. I placed my order on November 16th and got it here in the Netherlands on December 14th. Customer service communication was good, though it was a bit tough to reach them by email. Using the 'contact us' page on their website was the key to getting any questions answered. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend Pit Viper to others who don't mind waiting for their delivery.

Filmora software is pretty much what I'm looking for, but that 'Free' subscription? Total scam. They need to provide a more fair trial without suddenly canceling your subscription. Watch out for surprise charges for stuff you never wanted. This kind of thing should be against the law.

Waist band purchase
This waist band was such a waste of money, eh? I've only had it for a little over 3 months and already had to toss out 3 of them because they ripped. If I tried using them again, they'd probably bust in no time, eh? And I wasn't even wearing them too much, just regular everyday use. So disappointed in the quality and how long they lasted.
