Small shoes, old shoe not available
I recently bought some new shoes, but they turned out to be too small for me. I tried reaching out to customer service four times, but got disconnected each time! When I finally spoke to someone, they informed me that they no longer carry my favorite old shoe. I asked if they could suggest something similar, but all they said was to check online. Definitely not impressed with their customer service at all.
Shoes for work and casual wear
The person who helped me when I went shopping was so great! They knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect shoes for both work and everyday wear. They answered all my questions perfectly and made the whole shopping trip easy. The selection of shoes was awesome, with lots of different styles and sizes to choose from. And the quality of the shoes was top-notch. I left the store feeling happy with my purchase and really pleased with the service I got.
Return shipping label issue
I had a problem getting a return label because the online system wasn't taking my order number. But Chelsea helped me out by verifying my details and sending me the label by email right away. She totally got my situation and said sorry for any trouble. I was really impressed by how fast she replied and fixed the issue.

I had a great experience talking to a customer service rep at the store the other day. They really knew their stuff and paid close attention to what I needed. They quickly helped me with any questions I had and gave top-notch service the whole time. I trusted their knowledge and definitely plan on going back next time I need help.
Boots
I recently picked up some boots from this store. Sadly, they didn't fit as well as I thought, so I had to do the return thing on their site. Luckily, the return process was pretty straightforward and easy to figure out. A few days later, Canada Post confirmed getting my return with a signature. The site said it usually takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns. Nevertheless, it had been more than 14 days and I hadn't heard anything. I sent a bunch of emails, but no one got back to me. They have a contact number on the site, but it wasn't working. Finally, I got through to the right number and my first chat with customer service was a letdown. The person found a reason to not help me and told me to call back, suggesting I was calling from the UK. The second time around, the lady I talked to was super nice and helpful. She sorted out the delay with my return and made sure everything went smoothly. She's the reason why I'm giving them a higher rating for service. But even with her help, this whole ordeal doesn't make me want to shop there again.
Shoes in incorrect sizes
My experience with buying from this company was super disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes in my size, but when they came, one shoe was totally off. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, but got no answers. Whenever I tried calling, I just got sent to some automated message saying they were fixing things. Not being able to talk to a real person about my problem was so annoying.
Comfortable and long-lasting shoes
I just bought a pair of shoes from this store and I have to say, I am really impressed with how comfy and durable they are. Free return shipping label
I was kind of annoyed when I tried to get a free return shipping label and they told me my Quebec postal code wasn't accepted. Seriously? Last I checked, Quebec is still part of Canada. But, I decided to give them a call and was pleasantly surprised to be served in French right away. After asking for it, I got the label I needed via email. Really good customer service. Thanks a lot.
E-gift card purchase
I'm really disappointed with the service I got when I bought an e-gift card from this company. It took more than two weeks and I had to call them three times before I finally got my e-gift card. This kind of customer service is just not good enough and it's really frustrating. I was hoping for a quicker and smoother process when buying a simple e-gift card.
Recent shoe purchase during holiday promotion
I recently bought two pairs of shoes when they were on sale for the holidays. Just my luck, I only got a deal on one pair because I forgot to use the promo code. My bad! Turns out, the shoes were too big for me, so I decided to send them back and get two new pairs in a smaller size. Now I've got four pairs of shoes on the way! I didn't want to wait for the refund before ordering again because I was worried the smaller size would sell out fast.

Clarks really needs to step up their return process game to make sure refunds are processed promptly without us having to chase them down.

It took about 3 weeks for the refund to go through, but when I called customer service, this lady named Angela A. helped me out really fast. Wide shoe selection
I finally found some shoes that fit my wide feet and high arches! It's honestly like a dream come true. The quality of the shoes is amazing, and there are so many options to choose from. I ended up ordering two pairs - one size bigger and one in my regular size just to be safe. The returns process was pretty easy, although I was a little surprised when they charged me $7 for return shipping even though they said it was free on the website. But overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
