As someone who buys vests and shirts quite often, I really like the design of the products. But, I have to say, I'm always let down by the quality. The company is good at marketing, but their customer service could use some work. I've tried many times to get permission to return items, with no luck. And even when I had a warranty issue, I never heard back from them. Because of these bad experiences, I'm going to shop somewhere else for my clothes from now on.

I got amazing customer service when I bought the Baratza Encore grinder. The folks at the company were super friendly, knew their stuff, and kept me updated the whole time. I was really impressed with how well they took care of me. Dylan was especially awesome as a rep. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything went down at this company.

I was kind of annoyed when I tried to get a free return shipping label and they told me my Quebec postal code wasn't accepted. Seriously? Last I checked, Quebec is still part of Canada. But, I decided to give them a call and was pleasantly surprised to be served in French right away. After asking for it, I got the label I needed via email. Really good customer service. Thanks a lot.

Product overall good, missing plant

In the end, when I got my order, I noticed that the lid was a bit damaged, and to make matters worse, one of the plants wasn't there. It looked like the box was thrown together haphazardly, causing the missing plant. It took about 2-3 weeks of going back and forth, but eventually, I got 4 replacement plants, including the one that was missing. Even though I'm grateful for them fixing the problem in time for Christmas, I think they need to have stricter quality checks to avoid this happening again.
