Pink Amazonian terrarium
I bought this cute pink Amazonian terrarium from a plant shop not too long ago and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and good the service was. The terrarium came in about a week and was nicely wrapped up to make sure it didn't get damaged during the journey. The person I got it for was super happy and said it looked beautiful in their house. All in all, I'm really happy with what I bought and would totally suggest this plant shop to anyone wanting unique and pretty plant setups.
Terra cotta plant
The terra cotta plant I bought showed up in really bad shape. When it arrived, the plant was pretty much on its last legs, and it was stuck in a plastic container inside the box, making the soil all dried up. There wasn't enough soil in there, and you could tell the plants had been traveling for way too long. After three weeks, the plants began to die off, even though I was trying my best to save them. I sent the company some photos, but they didn't seem to care about fixing the problem at all.
Pineapple plant and Glazed pot
I ordered a pineapple plant with a glazed pot as a birthday present over a week ago. When I tried to track the parcel using the tracking number they gave me, there was no info at all. I called customer service to ask about my order, and they said they'd get back to me by the end of the day, but I never heard anything. Now, the birthday has already happened, and I'm not sure if the gift will even show up. It's a bummer for sure.
Jungle Plant terrarium purchase
I bought this Jungle Plant terrarium from this company on December 7th. They let me know right away that it was sent out. But then, it's like my parcel went missing! I tried emailing them but got no reply. Also, it's annoying to keep getting emails asking me to subscribe again after I already unsubscribed from their newsletter.
Christmas gift disappointment
I ordered a Christmas gift for my partner's son and was told it would come before the holidays. But it didn't arrive when they said it would. All they gave me was a vague answer about when it will come, and they just sent me a picture of the gift instead. It's so silly and not okay. I'm really disappointed with the company for not communicating better and not fixing the issue.
Nutritious food at great prices
I found some great healthy and cheap food choices. The shipping was really quick and efficient, plus they sent me emails and a tracking number right away. I'll definitely be buying from them again because it was such a good experience.
Plant purchase
I was really pleased with the plants I got from this company. They had a nice variety and they arrived in great shape. But, I did find their website a bit tricky to use. It took me a while to figure out how to log in, so I think they could make some improvements there. Also, I was bummed to find out that you can't skip a month in their subscription service. I think they should add that option for customers who don't want a plant every single month.
Terrarium purchase for Valentine's gift
I just bought a terrarium for my partner for Valentine's Day. But when it arrived, the packaging was so bad that three of the plants inside were damaged. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but they only offered to replace one of the plants. The replacement they sent was even worse than the original plants. Now none of the plants are good for the gift I had in mind. I suggest steering clear of this company because the products and customer service are both pretty disappointing.
Indoor plant purchase
My experience with this company was so frustrating. As soon as I made my order, it felt like everything that could go wrong did go wrong. My order got lost and instead of them contacting me first, I had to keep bugging them for updates. They weren't very good at communicating and it felt like I was the one putting in all the effort to get information.
Healthy plants and beautiful plant pots
I gotta say, I was so impressed with the quality of the plants I got from Bloombox Club. They looked so healthy and well-cared for when they arrived. The packaging was top-notch, keeping them safe and sound during delivery. And can we talk about those plant pots? They were stunning and really elevated the look of my home. It was a relief not to stress about finding the right pots to match my decor because Bloombox Club had it all covered. I'm over the moon with my purchase and would definitely suggest Bloombox Club to anyone wanting to add a bit of greenery to their place.
Plants subscription
I've been using this subscription service for a while now, and I have to say, it's been amazing. The plants are not just pretty, they also come with informative cards that have helped me take good care of them. The pots they provide are really high quality, and the monthly fee is definitely worth it for what you get. I've told my friends about this subscription because I really think it's made a positive difference in my home and how I feel. Every delivery is carefully packed and arrives in perfect shape, which shows how much they care about their service. I look forward to getting a new plant each month, it's become a fun part of my routine.
4 Ficus Ginseng Bonsai
I bought 4 Ficus Ginseng Bonsai plants not long ago. I was planning to give 3 as gifts and keep one for myself. Turns out, all of the plants ended up kicking the bucket even though I did my best to take care of them like the instructions said. I'm really bummed out about the whole situation - the plants were low quality and when I reached out to the company, their customer service was seriously lacking.
Snake plant, fern, and terrarium plants
I recently got myself a snake plant, a fern, and terrarium plants from Bloombox Club. Unfortunately, when I got my order, I saw that my snake plant was super dried out with some brown tips. I got in touch with customer service and was surprised to hear them say this was normal. While my fern was in good shape, my terrarium plants were a whole other story. Despite paying extra for shipping and insurance, the plants came with most of their leaves stuck in plastic covers, which made them break during delivery. On top of that, the plants were packaged upside down, so the soil ended up spilling all over the box. When I told customer service about the issues, all they did was send me to the fulfilment centre, who said nothing was wrong with the plants. This lack of responsibility and customer service is really disappointing.
Product overall good, missing plant
In the end, when I got my order, I noticed that the lid was a bit damaged, and to make matters worse, one of the plants wasn't there. It looked like the box was thrown together haphazardly, causing the missing plant. It took about 2-3 weeks of going back and forth, but eventually, I got 4 replacement plants, including the one that was missing. Even though I'm grateful for them fixing the problem in time for Christmas, I think they need to have stricter quality checks to avoid this happening again.
Monthly plant box with pots
I picked up the plant box with pots because I have a bad habit of killing plants, but these ones are actually doing well! I really enjoy that they send a variety of plants every month, it's like getting a little surprise gift for my room. The only downside is that it only comes monthly, I wish they offered a more flexible option like every two months or so. I tried another plant box from a different company, but the plants weren't as healthy as the ones from here. In general, it's a great buy if you want to bring some greenery into your space without the stress of keeping them alive.
Amazing plant delivery
These plants I got from this company are seriously amazing. I've bought plants from lots of different places, but there's something really special about the ones I got from here. They always show up in great shape and have been awesome gifts for all my friends. I'm really impressed by the variety of plants they have and I appreciate that they're always getting new stuff in. Keep up the awesome work!
Birthday gift plants
I just bought three house plants for my son's birthday present. There was a little mix-up at first with the payment and delivery info, so we had a small delay and a tiny problem with the delivery. But I have to say, the customer service team was amazing. They fixed everything right away and the plants were really good quality. My son loved his new green friends. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

I found this amazing plant shop on Instagram called BloomBox and let me tell ya, it's a total game-changer! decorative plants
I gotta say, I wasn't sure about buying plants online, but Bloombox Club totally blew me away. I took a chance and ordered some gorgeous decorative plants, and I'm thrilled I did. I just ordered some plants, eh, and they arrived real fast and were wrapped up real nice. The website was easy to use, and they even gave me instructions on how to keep the plants alive. They look amazing in my garden, and I'm really happy with them, eh.
