So, I ordered something and they said it would take like 2-5 weeks to get to Canada from the US. That's way too long, don't you think? And it's coming from Utah, which isn't even that far from here. It's been over a week since I placed my order and the delivery status hasn't changed at all. I think it's going to be at least another week before I even get an update. Ugh.

Just got this vegan omega-3 supplement from the company and I gotta say, I was really let down. The customer service person I talked to was so sure that EPA and DHA are only in animal products, but that's not true at all. Being vegan, I know there are lots of plant-based sources for these important fatty acids. It's annoying to come across wrong info like that, especially from a company that's all about health products. I wasn't happy with how little they knew or how professional they were.

I recently bought a bracelet for my wife and got to deal with a sales associate named Christina. She was super helpful the whole time. She helped me pick out a bracelet, fixed a problem with the first order, and helped me swap it for a slightly different one. Christina was a total pro and her customer service was top-notch. She really made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I'm really happy with the help she gave me.
