Overpriced and terrible tasting coffee
This coffee was such a letdown, eh? It was way too expensive, and on top of that, it tasted awful. I can only liken it to a greasy, sickly smell and flavor. Plus, it only lasted three weeks before going bad - totally not worth it. I wouldn't suggest this coffee to anyone wanting a good cup, eh?
Oils purchase
I tried out some oils that I saw in an interview, ended up getting a deep cut from a sharp spout. The company didn't seem to care or apologize, they just gave some lip-service about being grateful. They didn't take any action to fix the issue.
Quality of products
As someone who's been a customer of this company for a while now, I've noticed a big drop in the quality of their products since they got bought out by a bigger corporation. It feels like they're taking shortcuts and not putting in the same level of care and attention to detail as they used to. I used to be a huge fan of their stuff, but now I've switched to other brands because I just can't rely on the quality anymore.
French roast coffee and supplements
Oh man, you gotta try the French roast coffee from this spot, it's seriously so good! It's got that rich, bold flavor that really gets me going in the mornings. And don't even get me started on the supplements - they're top-notch quality and the prices are way more reasonable than other places. I remember I had a problem with an order during lockdown last year, but they refunded me without any issues. Their customer service is top-notch, they really go the extra mile for their customers.
Vegan Omega-3 supplement
Just got this vegan omega-3 supplement from the company and I gotta say, I was really let down. The customer service person I talked to was so sure that EPA and DHA are only in animal products, but that's not true at all. Being vegan, I know there are lots of plant-based sources for these important fatty acids. It's annoying to come across wrong info like that, especially from a company that's all about health products. I wasn't happy with how little they knew or how professional they were.
Bought whole bean coffee and XCT oil
Oh man, this coffee and oil combo is amazing! The beans are seriously fresh and that oil just kickstarts my morning routine. Love it!
Delayed package
I couldn't believe how bad the customer service was. I waited forever for my package, only to find out it never showed up. The lady I talked to basically told me to chase them for a refund, or else they would've just pocketed my cash. It was like being robbed! There was no care, no sorry - just a complete lack of respect for their clients. Instead of just sending another package, they only offered a refund and said to reorder. Lazy service, plain and simple! It's obvious they don't know the first thing about good customer service. Absolutely nonsense. I'm done with them, no second chances.
Their products
I've been a happy customer of this company for a few years now, and I have to say I've always been pleased with the quality of their products. They always deliver what I ask for, and everything comes on time and well packaged. The variety of products they have is great, and I like how they take care in packaging to make sure everything arrives in top shape.
Coffee, health products
As a big fan of these health products, I gotta say, their coffee is something else. Like, it's really top-notch. I've even shared it with my family because the quality of their stuff is just unmatched. Plus, they provide some super helpful health education through their podcast, books, and infographics that have really made a difference for me on my health journey.
But, I gotta take off one star for a couple reasons. First off, it's kind of a bummer that they don't have published COAs. I mean, consumers need to know that what they're getting is safe, right? And secondly, as someone living in Europe, it's tough to get their products without breaking the bank because of those high prices on Amazon.uk and Amazon.de. It would be awesome if they could find more distribution channels for us European biohackers.Bulletproof coffee
I love me some good coffee, especially Bulletproof. Lately though, I gotta say I'm kind of bummed about their customer service. Their coffee is top-notch, but in the last couple of months, their customer support has really gone downhill. My orders keep getting delayed by three weeks, and no one bothers to say sorry or explain what's going on. I've tried reaching out for help through text, but it's like talking to a brick wall - total silence. During the Black Friday sale, I made a big order, but it didn't go through right on their end. Now I gotta reorder everything at full price, losing out on the savings I was counting on. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and I'm really hoping Bulletproof can fix these issues and get back to their usual awesome service.
