I gotta tell you, I was pretty impressed with the Iris bot at this place. It managed to answer my question quickly and thoroughly, which is more than I can say for two other companies I tried reaching out to. I really appreciate a company that prioritizes good customer service and being responsive. I was asking about whether the goggles would fit my new helmet that hasn't arrived yet, and the Iris bot was able to give me the info I was looking for. This definitely swayed me towards thinking about buying their goggles. All in all, I was happy with the whole experience and would suggest giving them a shot.

Camera accessories purchase
I don't get why people are leaving such negative reviews. I got my order with no problems at all. Everything came on time, except for one item that wasn't in stock in Germany and had to be shipped from Shenzhen, China. The customer service was quick to respond and answered my questions within 24 hours, like they said on the website. Even with that good experience, I'm not planning on ordering from the official site again. They say they're selling in Germany, but they don't have the necessary imprint for the EU and there were some details missing on the invoice. But the quality of the products is top-notch, so I'll just get them from Amazon for some peace of mind.

Bought cool stuff
I was so sure I was gonna score this really cool thing from the store, but when I got there, they told me it was all gone! Can you believe it? So I hopped online and it said they still had it in stock. I even tried calling another store to double-check, but they left me hanging on the phone for what felt like forever. Their customer service is seriously the pits. Maybe they should focus less on expanding their huge stores and more on taking care of their customers. I swear, I won't be shopping there again.

Delayed package
I couldn't believe how bad the customer service was. I waited forever for my package, only to find out it never showed up. The lady I talked to basically told me to chase them for a refund, or else they would've just pocketed my cash. It was like being robbed! There was no care, no sorry - just a complete lack of respect for their clients. Instead of just sending another package, they only offered a refund and said to reorder. Lazy service, plain and simple! It's obvious they don't know the first thing about good customer service. Absolutely nonsense. I'm done with them, no second chances.

Meal kit delivery
It's really easy to use and there are plenty of delicious recipes to choose from. The only problem is that sometimes the veggies aren't as fresh as they should be and end up spoiling before I can use them in my meals. It's disappointing when that happens.
