Ski Goggles and Snowboard Socks
I recently bought ski goggles and snowboard socks from this store and I gotta say I was super happy with how awesome the customer service was. I sent a message asking about the free pair of goggles you get with a $100 purchase and if I could pick the color. I was really impressed when someone not only replied quickly but also made sure I got the color I wanted, even though it's not usually an option. Oh, and I needed to change my sock size after I ordered and the rep helped me out with that, too. The team really showed they care, and it made my shopping experience great. Overall, I'm really happy with my products and the amazing customer service from the team.
Vision Bundle purchase
Hey there! So I recently bought the Vision Bundle from this company as a new customer. It came with goggles and an extra lens. I had heard some mixed reviews about their customer service, but I actually had a really good experience. The product was exactly what I expected and I was especially happy with how quickly it was delivered. But what really impressed me was the level of customer service I got. I had some questions and the team was super fast at getting back to me and sorting out any issues I had. Their customer service team was really professional and efficient, and I have to give them credit for that.
Goggles
I gotta tell you, I was pretty impressed with the Iris bot at this place. It managed to answer my question quickly and thoroughly, which is more than I can say for two other companies I tried reaching out to. I really appreciate a company that prioritizes good customer service and being responsive. I was asking about whether the goggles would fit my new helmet that hasn't arrived yet, and the Iris bot was able to give me the info I was looking for. This definitely swayed me towards thinking about buying their goggles. All in all, I was happy with the whole experience and would suggest giving them a shot.
Lightweight Waterproof Jacket purchase
I bought this super light Waterproof Jacket from Outdoor Master and I'm so happy with how everything went down. The peeps at customer service were legit the best - they really knew their stuff and helped me out with all the questions I had, no problem. I even sent over some pics to figure out the deets on the product, and they got back to me quick with all the info I needed. It's not every day you come across a company that treats you this well, and I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with how much they cared about making sure I was happy.
Insulated ski gloves
The ski gloves I bought from this company are amazing. They're really well made and keep my hands warm even when it's freezing outside. I was so happy with how fast I got my order. Goggles purchase
I recently bought a pair of goggles from your store, but I had to return them because they didn't fit right. The return process didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I tried emailing and chatting with customer service multiple times, but I didn't hear back for a long time. Finally, when I got the return information and sent back the goggles, it's been over a week since they were delivered to your store. I'm disappointed that there hasn't been any communication about my return status, and I'm thinking about disputing the charge. It's frustrating to be out the money for the goggles and shipping without a solution in sight.
I purchased an outdoor pump.
At first, I was super happy with the outdoor pump I bought, but then the battery started acting up. I was so frustrated that I just left it in the garage for half a year before finally deciding to try and get a new battery. But I was pleasantly surprised when the company not only replaced the battery, but gave me a whole new pump! Their quick response and awesome customer service really impressed me. Now I'm a loyal customer and I'll definitely be coming back to them for any outdoor gear I need in the future.
Cachalot Mini 2s
I just got the Cachalot Mini 2s from your shop and I gotta say, it's amazing! The product is top-notch and totally lives up to its hype. The quality is exceptional, and it's been even better than I expected in terms of how well it works and how durable it is. I've been shopping at your store for a while now, using OutdoorMaster stuff like SUP pumps and the Shark 2 before. Your products always impress me with their consistent quality.
Shark 2 pump
I got the Shark 2 pump about 18 months ago and it was awesome for blowing up my SUPs and Kayaks. Lately, I've been having some problems with how long it takes to inflate and the pressure. So I contacted customer service, and they got back to me right away. They asked me a couple questions, figured out what was wrong, and then sent me a new pump super fast. Their help was amazing and I'm really happy with the service.
Jacket purchase
The customer service at this store is top-notch. They really care about making sure I got the right product, and that means a lot to me. Their responses are quick and easy to follow. I could tell they were truly invested in helping me out. Big thanks to the support team! The jacket I bought is fantastic quality and perfect for all my outdoor activities. Skateboard purchase
Hey there, so I bought a skateboard from this outdoor store and to be honest, I'm pretty let down by it. I only used it for like three days and already it won't even work anymore, so now it's just sitting there useless. The quality of the skateboard is just not up to par, so yeah, I definitely wouldn't suggest it if you're looking for good outdoor gear.
Returned item, no refund received
This company seriously has the worst customer service ever. I've been trying for 2 months to get a refund for something I sent back and it's like they just took my money and ran. No one is replying to my emails or live chat messages. I feel totally scammed and so frustrated. Seriously, don't even think about buying from here.
Paddleboard
I bought a paddleboard not too long ago but ran into some issues with the shipping process. Even though I got a confirmation email and saw the payment come out of my bank account, I never got any info about when it would be shipped. I tried reaching out to customer service through phone calls and emails, but nobody ever got back to me. It's super frustrating and now I'm starting to question if this brand is even legit. Thinking about talking to my bank to get back the $325 they charged me. Really bummed out because I was so excited to get my hands on that paddleboard.
SUP pump connection fitting
I was struggling to hook up my SUP pump to my board and was feeling pretty frustrated. Fortunately, the support person I reached out to was super helpful! They got back to me right away and walked me through the problem with easy-to-follow instructions and diagrams. I made the changes they suggested and now my pump fits just right. I'm back in action!
Camping gear
I picked up some camping gear from this store and the person I chatted with about delivery was great. They were so friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. It's awesome to see they genuinely care about their customers. I'll definitely be shopping there again!
My recent purchase - Electric Skateboard
Just ordered an Electric Skateboard and I'm kinda nervous after reading some reviews. Hopefully, it gets here in good shape and on time. Fingers crossed, eh!
Two pairs of sunglasses
I was really happy with the two pairs of sunglasses I bought. But, one of them came with some big scratches on the lenses, probably because of a problem with the coating. Even so, I was impressed by how quickly the company replaced them under warranty. It's nice to see that they support their products and care about their customers' satisfaction.
Damaged product received
Oh man, I totally messed up my order and now I'm waiting forever for that refund they promised. Their customer service is seriously the worst, I’m definitely not coming back to shop here again.
Ski helmet purchase
