Ski Goggles and Snowboard Socks
I recently bought ski goggles and snowboard socks from this store and I gotta say I was super happy with how awesome the customer service was. I sent a message asking about the free pair of goggles you get with a $100 purchase and if I could pick the color. I was really impressed when someone not only replied quickly but also made sure I got the color I wanted, even though it's not usually an option. Oh, and I needed to change my sock size after I ordered and the rep helped me out with that, too. The team really showed they care, and it made my shopping experience great. Overall, I'm really happy with my products and the amazing customer service from the team.
Vision Bundle purchase
Hey there! So I recently bought the Vision Bundle from this company as a new customer. It came with goggles and an extra lens. I had heard some mixed reviews about their customer service, but I actually had a really good experience. The product was exactly what I expected and I was especially happy with how quickly it was delivered. But what really impressed me was the level of customer service I got. I had some questions and the team was super fast at getting back to me and sorting out any issues I had. Their customer service team was really professional and efficient, and I have to give them credit for that.
Goggles
I gotta tell you, I was pretty impressed with the Iris bot at this place. It managed to answer my question quickly and thoroughly, which is more than I can say for two other companies I tried reaching out to. I really appreciate a company that prioritizes good customer service and being responsive. I was asking about whether the goggles would fit my new helmet that hasn't arrived yet, and the Iris bot was able to give me the info I was looking for. This definitely swayed me towards thinking about buying their goggles. All in all, I was happy with the whole experience and would suggest giving them a shot.
I purchased an outdoor pump.
At first, I was super happy with the outdoor pump I bought, but then the battery started acting up. I was so frustrated that I just left it in the garage for half a year before finally deciding to try and get a new battery. But I was pleasantly surprised when the company not only replaced the battery, but gave me a whole new pump! Their quick response and awesome customer service really impressed me. Now I'm a loyal customer and I'll definitely be coming back to them for any outdoor gear I need in the future.
Camping gear
I picked up some camping gear from this store and the person I chatted with about delivery was great. They were so friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. It's awesome to see they genuinely care about their customers. I'll definitely be shopping there again!
My recent purchase - Electric Skateboard
Just ordered an Electric Skateboard and I'm kinda nervous after reading some reviews. Hopefully, it gets here in good shape and on time. Fingers crossed, eh!
Shark 2 pump
I got the Shark 2 pump about 18 months ago and it was awesome for blowing up my SUPs and Kayaks. Lately, I've been having some problems with how long it takes to inflate and the pressure. So I contacted customer service, and they got back to me right away. They asked me a couple questions, figured out what was wrong, and then sent me a new pump super fast. Their help was amazing and I'm really happy with the service.
3 pairs of goggles, multiple lenses
The person who helped me online was really great and friendly. I love that I can easily switch lenses for different conditions. I did have a small issue with one frame, but they were awesome about sending me a new one. My friends also really like their products and have ordered from them as well. I definitely plan on buying more from them in the future!
Outdoor gear purchase
Customer service was so helpful with my emails, eh! I had a bunch of questions about products and ordering, and they got back to me right away with all the answers I needed. Now I can't wait for my items to arrive. I'm really happy with how well they communicated and helped me out. Thanks, customer service team!
Ski goggles with extra lens
I had a little problem with my order at first, but the folks from customer service fixed it up right away. It took a bit longer than expected, but I'm glad they made sure I got both the goggles and the extra lens before my ski trip. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the service I got.
