I was super excited to get my son a gift for the holidays, but when we finally got it and opened it up, it was such a letdown. The thing wouldn't even work! I tried getting in touch with the company for some help, and at first, they seemed like they were gonna come through. But after a bit, they straight up bailed on me. Couldn't get a response out of them and I felt like they were just ignoring my concerns. Super frustrating, eh? I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them again. Save your cash and try somewhere else for better service and products, eh.

Overcharged for streaming service
What a complete joke of an experience with this streaming service, eh? I thought I could use Apple Pay to pay for a live stream, but turns out they don't even accept that method. Had to fork over multiple payments on different cards just to watch the darn thing. Customer support was awful and didn't even try to help me out. Ended up needing to go to the bank to get my money back. Never again will I waste my hard-earned cash on this service.

I've been using this product for a long time, but after 10 years of meh experiences, I decided to try out a different service because of the bad design and ergonomics. So, I had to contact their support team for help, but it's been a rough week and my subscription still hasn't been canceled. It's pretty disappointing to see that their customer service is seriously lacking, especially with all the negative reviews out there.

Hoodie order delayed and cancelled
I bought a hoodie from the store recently and man, was I let down by the whole thing. I was told it would come in a month, but it got delayed till May-June without any heads up. When I tried to get in touch about the delay in March, the customer service just gave me a vague answer saying it would come that month. After waiting for a while, I checked the order status only to find out it got cancelled without me knowing on April 23rd. That lack of communication and transparency is not cool, and the customer service I got was not up to par. I asked about a refund but haven't heard back from Hot Topic yet. I'm super disappointed with how they handled this and I won't be ordering from them again. I might even talk to a lawyer if I don't get my money back soon. My trust in Hot Topic is totally gone, and I'll make sure to warn my buddies about shopping on their site in the future.

The dress I bought was really good quality and exactly what I was wanting. But, the shipping time was a bit annoying. The website said it would ship in 7-10 business days, but mine took 14 business days to ship and then another 4 days for delivery. I recently ordered from a company in Europe, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I never got my order and when I tried to reach out to customer service, I got no response, not once but twice. I can't believe the audacity of this place. I bought a used bike from them and it turned out to be a total disaster. They did ship it quickly, so I'll give them that. But when I reached out to them a few days after getting the bike to share my concerns, they were completely unhelpful. They didn't seem to care at all that the bike had problems, all they wanted to do was get rid of it. And on top of that, when I tried to sell it back to them, they offered me a fraction of what I paid. It's just absurd! Plus, the frame ended up cracking after only a few rides. Who knows what would've happened if I had taken it on more challenging trails. The fact that this company lacks accountability is truly shocking. They sell faulty bikes and couldn't care less about their customers' safety. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place.

I took this beginner camera course and it was really easy to follow. I learned a lot more than I ever did from watching YouTube videos. I wish I had signed up for it earlier because it was so useful. Also, there are free live videos and a free lesson of the day that you can access. I can only see them on my iPad though, not on my laptop, but that's probably just because I'm not great with technology.
