The items we ordered were finally delivered today and they also gave us the right refund. I'll give them a star for sorting it out, but it took 26 days and over 10 emails to finally get everything sorted.

I am so frustrated with the lack of response from this company. I have sent several emails about a defective item I got in early December, and I still haven't heard anything back. The designs are nice, but the quality is really bad. I have gotten items with loose threads, buttons missing, and hems falling apart. Honestly, it's not worth the money with all the issues I've had. The customer service is terrible.
