Discount code, wrong size selected
The customer service at this place is just amazing. I had to talk to Erica about a few issues with my order, and let me tell you, she is a true gem. When an item I ordered wasn't available in my size, Erica not only said sorry but also gave me a nice discount code for my next purchase. Today, when I tried using that code, it didn't work. But who came to the rescue? Erica, once again. And just when I thought I was done bothering her, I realized I picked the wrong size after ordering! I messaged Erica, and she replied quickly, promising to fix it. Even though it was my mistake, Erica was so understanding and fixed the order perfectly. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Farm Rio's clothes and focus on sustainability were already impressive, but Erica's fantastic customer service has made them my number one choice. Thank you so much!

I bought a romper from this company not too long ago and honestly, I was really let down by the quality of it. I really liked the cool and colorful clothes at that store, but the two dresses I got ended up being too big for me. I had to send them back and somehow they got lost in the mail. Luckily, working with Leticia Lopes to find my return was super easy. She was so nice, friendly, and quick to respond. Fantastic customer service!

Farm Rio is amazing! Their clothes are really nice and the customer service is top-notch. They always respond quickly to your questions and go out of their way to assist you. Leticia is really friendly and knowledgeable, she's like a fashion expert! While the clothes may be a bit expensive, they are definitely worth it because they are so adorable. Plus, the delivery was fast. I absolutely adore this store!

Problem with delivery
My order was taking forever to arrive, so I contacted the store for help. They were really quick at fixing the issue and I got my stuff in no time! UPS was useless, but Farm Rio came through for me. I'm thrilled that I can continue shopping here, they have the most awesome clothes!
Skirt purchase
So, I bought a skirt from this company and gotta admit, I really like how it looks. But you know what? The whole ordering and delivery thing has been a bit of a bummer. I picked this company because they promised a delivery window of 3-5 days, but when I check on my order, it's saying it won't be here for like 12 business days/16 days total. That's not cool, kinda feels like they didn't keep their word. Now I'm not sure if I'd order from them again down the road.
International order delivery issue
I bought something online from overseas to send to Brazil, and it turned out to be a scam that affected my bank account. After I made the order, someone at the company used my card information to buy stuff without permission and tried to get into my social media accounts. I tried to reach out to the store to tell them what happened, but they didn't get back to me or fix the problem. It's been really upsetting and I'm disappointed by the whole situation.
