They were slow to respond to my emails, which didn't help. It took several exchanges before they offered to replace the camera with a different model, the Eufy2, which wasn't what I wanted. It took a few more emails before they finally agreed to exchange the camera with a similar one. Overall, the customer service was not good and it took way too long to sort out the issue.
