Bidet purchase
The bidet I bought was really good overall, but there were some annoying things that came with it. Firstly, the list price and discount coupons kept changing all the time, which made it hard to make sure I was getting the best deal. When I tried to buy a second bidet at the same price as the first one, I had to talk to customer support about it, even though it had only been two weeks since my first purchase. That left me feeling pretty frustrated as a customer. Also, I found out there was a secret piece to help with high water pressure, but it wasn't in the instructions. I had to ask customer support for that important detail, which was kind of disappointing.
Setting up the bidet was pretty easy, unless your connections or toilet seat bolts are rusted from getting old. I had some trouble with this because of the age of my fixtures, but I managed to get through it with some work. It's good to know that the supply valve shutoff might not work properly if it's old, so it's wise to have a plan B in case something goes wrong during installation. Customer support helped me figure things out, even though their explanations were sometimes confusing since English wasn't their first language. With the toilet paper shortages, I figured it was time to invest in a bidet. I stumbled upon this company and thought, "What the heck, give it a whirl!" Let me tell you, I'm now a fan for life, buddy! My husband had no trouble setting it up, and now it's my go-to throne in the house. The cleanliness and comfort it offers are unbeatable, eh. Sometimes I even hold it until I get home just to use my favourite throne! I was so impressed that I even got one as a Christmas gift for a friend. This bidet has truly made my bathroom experience a whole lot better, eh.
New bidet purchase
We recently got a new bidet for our home and it's been a game-changer. Setting it up was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. Despite the cheesy jokes that come with it, we'd totally recommend it to our friends and family. The regular option works like a charm, but the spa feature is a whole other story. It's a struggle to get warm water flowing to your rear end unless you've got fancy instant hot water. Unfortunately, that's not the case for us so we're left feeling a bit chilly down there for a bit. Aside from that hiccup, we're pretty happy with our new purchase.
Easy installation bidet attachment
I'm happy with how the bidet attachment I bought is working. Setting it up was easy and it's doing what it's supposed to do. But I wasn't too pleased with the customer service at first. I had to write a bad review before they even acknowledged my problem. It's a bit frustrating because support should be there for all customers, not just the ones who complain. Also, while the bidet works fine, I think the plastic could be better quality. It feels a bit cheap and I'm worried about how long it will last.
Electric bidet seat
I just got an electric bidet seat from your company and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I received. The thing was clearly used, dirty, and had water leaking from the box. Definitely not what I expected for the price I shelled out. So, I got a hold of customer service right away to get a return and refund. I was so mad to drop $400 on something that wasn't brand new. But, props to the customer service team for quickly fixing the problem and finding a solution.
The Spritz Bidet Attachment
I just got The Spritz Bidet Attachment and let me tell you, putting it on was a bit of a struggle. The bolts that came with it were too big for my toilet, so I couldn't attach it properly. I tried contacting customer service, but they didn't get back to me for a whole week. I ended up having to go to the store and get new bolts myself. It was a real pain in the you-know-where, but I finally got it sorted out.
