Oh man, this company used to be awesome, but now their product and service are just not up to par. So I bought this new bidet, eh? And I was really looking forward to putting it on my new American standard toilet. But guess what? It won't stay on without some extra parts! Like for real, why didn't they include those parts in the first place? And to top it off, they wanted to charge me for shipping AND the parts needed for it to work on a regular toilet seat. There are much better options available nowadays, eh.
