I want to tell you about this awful experience I had recently when I bought something. The customer service was honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. It was a total mess trying to sort out the wrong shipping addresses and tracking numbers that didn't work. The responses I got were so generic and not helpful at all, it felt like I was talking to robots instead of real people. I really think you should stay away from this company, trust me on that one.
