Technical support for a malfunctioning product
The customer service at this place is terrible. Whenever I call for help with my broken product, the reps are no help and rude. I've asked to talk to a manager several times, but they keep avoiding the issue. And don't even get me started on their asks for screenshots – I sent them, but the support team didn't even look at them right. If you want to save your time and sanity, avoid this place and pick a more reliable service instead.

Peanuts & Maple subscription
I found this company on social media and thought I'd give their Peanuts & Maple subscription a shot. With working from home, I needed something fast and simple for breakfast, and Holos is just what I was looking for. I really like how easy it is to pour it into a jar, add almond milk, give it a shake, and then put it in the fridge overnight. The peanuts and maple flavor is so yummy, and it keeps me satisfied until lunchtime, stopping any cravings for snacks in the morning. I'll definitely be adding more to my subscription for this delicious and handy breakfast choice.

Unhappy with return process
I bought something from this company before the holidays so I could get it on time. Sadly, when it arrived, it wasn't what I thought it would be, so I wanted to send it back. I've been trying to reach them about the return for weeks now, but no luck. I've emailed them a bunch, tried chatting, and even called like they said, but it just goes to voicemail and I can't leave a message. The return period is only 3 weeks, so I'm running out of time. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll have to talk to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Such a letdown - watch out if you're thinking of buying from them!

Joggers purchase
I gotta say, the joggers I got for my kid at Pollypark are just fantastic. She thinks they're super comfy and she's obsessed with them. But man, let me tell you, the whole process of ordering and delivery was a total nightmare. So, I placed the order online a couple of weeks ago, got the shipping confirmation about twelve days back. Kept trackin' it, and turns out the order was stuck in LA for over a week. Then I get told that one of the things I ordered ain't available and they wanna substitute it. I said okay to the swap, but never heard anything back from their customer service folks. Checked my order status online, and guess what? Couldn't find it anywhere. Tried to reach out through their online chat, but no response at all. And to top it all off, their contact number is Hong Kong-based, so it's a real pain gettin' in touch.

The material feels really durable, so I'm confident it'll hold up well. And there are all these handy pockets inside for storing my gear. I'm so excited to take it camping!
