Liked them overall, but quality was a letdown. Colour matched photos. Leggings were a bit see-through. Had worse buys before, so glad this wasn't terrible. Felt okay for price.

I was folding a fresh pair and thinking how soft these are — honestly, they feel like something you'd live in. Bought the first ones at Costco for my daughter (she's a dancer and needs comfy, flexible stuff) and we liked them so much I ordered more when we moved and needed easy wear for rehearsals and chill days. The fabric is cozy without being sloppy, the waistband holds up, pockets are actually useful, and they wash without turning into a sad sack. That said, the ordering and delivery part was a mess. Twelve days after the confirmation the tracking showed the box sitting in LA “waiting for USPS pickup” for ages, then one item was suddenly out of stock and they suggested a substitution. I asked for the substitute, tried to check status and — poof — the order vanished from the site. Chat went unanswered and the phone number routed overseas, so getting a human was annoying. So product-wise I'm happy, it does the job and I keep reaching for them, but the customer support and delivery experience needs work. Not terrible, but expect to be patient or persistent if something goes sideways.

I gotta say, the joggers I got for my kid at Pollypark are just fantastic. She thinks they're super comfy and she's obsessed with them. But man, let me tell you, the whole process of ordering and delivery was a total nightmare. So, I placed the order online a couple of weeks ago, got the shipping confirmation about twelve days back. Kept trackin' it, and turns out the order was stuck in LA for over a week. Then I get told that one of the things I ordered ain't available and they wanna substitute it. I said okay to the swap, but never heard anything back from their customer service folks. Checked my order status online, and guess what? Couldn't find it anywhere. Tried to reach out through their online chat, but no response at all. And to top it all off, their contact number is Hong Kong-based, so it's a real pain gettin' in touch.

The workout set I bought was pretty cute, just like in the pictures on the website. But to be honest, I was a bit let down by the quality. The colour was just as shown, but the leggings were kind of see-through. I really wish they were made with a thicker material to fix that. The top was comfy and looked good, but I can't ignore the fact that the leggings are see-through.

The athleisure wear from here is top-notch! The leggings are so soft and comfy, and the sports bras are really supportive. The jackets are also super durable and well-made. I'll definitely be back for more athleisure wear in the future.
