CommunicationI gotta say, the joggers I got for my kid at Pollypark are just fantastic. She thinks they're super comfy and she's obsessed with them. But man, let me tell you, the whole process of ordering and delivery was a total nightmare. So, I placed the order online a couple of weeks ago, got the shipping confirmation about twelve days back. Kept trackin' it, and turns out the order was stuck in LA for over a week. Then I get told that one of the things I ordered ain't available and they wanna substitute it. I said okay to the swap, but never heard anything back from their customer service folks. Checked my order status online, and guess what? Couldn't find it anywhere. Tried to reach out through their online chat, but no response at all. And to top it all off, their contact number is Hong Kong-based, so it's a real pain gettin' in touch.
