Recent RV rental experience
So I gotta say, I'd give it a solid 5 stars! Whenever I had questions or needed help, I could just jump on the online chat and they really knew what they were talking about. I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I think I've got everything all set up and ready to go. I haven't actually booked anything just yet though, 'cause it's still pretty early in camping season around here. I'll be sure to keep you updated on how things go once I actually rent out my RV!
Exceptional customer service experience
I just wanted to share how awesome my experience was working with someone from the customer experience team at RV Share. Neil (B) went above and beyond to help us out when our recreational vehicle got damaged. He was so caring and professional, making sure to take care of our needs and address our concerns right away. It was really nice to meet someone so dedicated and understanding, and it made me feel good about choosing to work with a company like RV Share.
RV rentals experience
I've used this platform to rent RVs before and had good experiences. I rented a 32-foot and 33-foot RV in the past. The communication between RV Share and the RV owner was good, making the rental process smooth. I did have a small problem with my email, but Cody, the IT manager, fixed it quickly. I think this platform is a reliable choice for renting RVs. I rented in September/October 2023 and already have a trip planned for May 2024.
Primary driver adjustment
I had a little mix-up on my account because I accidentally put my husband's name as the main driver instead of mine. Luckily, a super helpful employee named Eden R came to the rescue and fixed it for me in no time. Eden was really patient and walked me through how to update the driver info so I could still rent a camper. Thanks to him, my fam and I can look forward to our camping adventure without any worries.
My RV account issue
I had an issue with my RV account, but Andie from the chat help team really came through for me! They were so friendly and patient, explaining everything without any hint of irritation. They fixed my account in a jiffy!
Awesome Help from RV Buddy
Yeah, so this awesome thing happened with my RV buddy. He totally helped me out by changing my booking date and adding more pictures to my listing. He was super fast, really professional, and just so helpful throughout the whole process. I definitely suggest him to anyone needing assistance with their RV stuff. Customer service experience
I had a great customer service experience with RV Share. The guy I spoke with, let's call him Ross, was super helpful and knew his stuff. He took his time explaining things in a way that was easy to understand, which made fixing my problem quick and easy. It was nice to have a phone number to reach out to for help, like the one Ross gave me. All in all, I was really happy with how RV Share handled everything.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the support and senior management teams at RV Share for helping us out when we had an issue with an RV operator. They were super quick and effective in making sure our initial payment was safe. It really showed us how reliable and honest RV Share is when things get tough. Renting an RV was super easy and stress-free. We found the perfect RV for our trip and booking it was a breeze. The owners were really helpful and answered all our questions quickly. Even though we had to cancel our trip, the process was simple and the fee was fair. I would totally suggest this service to friends and family down the line.
Insurance surprise
Dale really helped us out when we got stuck with unexpected insurance costs from the owner. It was super annoying to be surprised with an extra $79.00 charge for interior insurance that wasn't even mentioned in our rental agreement. The owner should have been upfront about this requirement to avoid any frustrations and surprises for renters like us. My wife ended up covering the cost, but I was so close to just cancelling the rental and asking for a refund plus interest, or even seeking legal help. Renting an RV should be straightforward, with all fees and rules clearly laid out from the start, for the benefit of both renters and owners. It felt kind of unfair to suddenly tack on extra charges without proper communication or agreement beforehand.
