The room was so small and cramped, there wasn't even a window and not enough room for any furniture, except for pull-down shelves. The fan was broken, making it feel even more tight and stifling. My daughter said it felt like a coffin, so we left right away and found another hotel to stay in. I won't be giving this hotel chain any more of my money, that room was the worst I've ever stayed in!

Renting an RV should be straightforward, with all fees and rules clearly laid out from the start, for the benefit of both renters and owners. It felt kind of unfair to suddenly tack on extra charges without proper communication or agreement beforehand.
