Microsoft office purchase
I recently bought Microsoft Office from Trusted Tech Team and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. I had a question about the product and posted it on their site. I was surprised to get a call back within the hour. The person I spoke with was super helpful and made sure I got all the info I needed. They got things sorted right away, and I was happy to see that their prices were lower than other places. What really impressed me was how they followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and if I needed any more help. Overall, I had a great experience with Trusted Tech Team and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for software solutions.
License issue resolution
Trusted Tech Team has been such a great help for my business for over a year now. Whenever I run into a problem, whether it's technical or to do with billing, they always respond quickly and fix it right. Recently, they really went the extra mile by standing up for us with Microsoft to sort out some overcharging on our licenses. I just want to say a big thank you to Ryan S., Abe, and John Ho for their amazing work in fixing this problem. And I also appreciate the fast and efficient help from team members like Paulina, Ciarra, and others who always make sure everything gets sorted out super quickly. Multiple orders, product exchange, and re-sending activation code
I recently made a bunch of orders with this company and ran into some hiccups that required me to exchange a product or get a new activation code sent out. The folks working there were super helpful and noticed my errors before I did, cancelling out the wrong orders right away. At one point, I couldn't find the email with the activation code weeks later, but after confirming my order details, they were able to resend it without any trouble. The customer service I got was top-notch, and they were so nice and helpful the whole time.
Server licensing purchase
I've bought stuff from Trusted Tech Team a few times and it's always been awesome. The prices are so good and they deliver the licenses super fast. Trusted Tech Team is now my go-to for all my server licensing needs. I love how quick and professional they are, it just makes everything easy. I recently bought some Microsoft software from Trusted Tech Team. They did their part really well and checked up on everything, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by how Microsoft handled things. Even though Trusted Tech Team kept pushing them, Microsoft just seemed like they didn't care and took forever to look into things. And by the time they finally did, all the important logs were gone, so it was too late to figure out what happened.

This whole thing went really smoothly, start to finish. I asked for a quote, got it super quick, and the person helping me set up my business account was awesome. It was all really easy and fast. The license email came right away after I placed the order and everything went smoothly. Plus, when I had a question a couple days later, they called me back within 15 minutes of me sending an email. I've been a customer of Trusted Tech Team for a few years now and I'm always impressed with their service.

I really needed Windows Server Datacenter with Software Assurance, and TrustedTech really helped me out. Instead of dealing with other resellers, I decided to go straight to them. Microsoft licensing for our business
The website was really easy to use and had all the prices clearly listed. Our account manager, let's call her S, knew so much about the different licensing options and she customized her suggestions to fit our business needs perfectly. Working with S was great, she made everything go smoothly and quickly. In general, we had a good experience with TTT and would totally suggest their services to others.

The team was super quick to respond and really helpful every step of the way. Their prices were the best I could find, and they were happy to help me out as a smaller customer. Talking directly with their staff made everything so simple, and the self-help tools on the portal were a nice extra touch. The only small issue was the portal's interface, but that's just me being a bit picky.
