Multiple orders, product exchange, and re-sending activation code

I recently made a bunch of orders with this company and ran into some hiccups that required me to exchange a product or get a new activation code sent out. The folks working there were super helpful and noticed my errors before I did, cancelling out the wrong orders right away. At one point, I couldn't find the email with the activation code weeks later, but after confirming my order details, they were able to resend it without any trouble. The customer service I got was top-notch, and they were so nice and helpful the whole time.

Trusted Tech Team has been such a great help for my business for over a year now. Whenever I run into a problem, whether it's technical or to do with billing, they always respond quickly and fix it right. Recently, they really went the extra mile by standing up for us with Microsoft to sort out some overcharging on our licenses. I just want to say a big thank you to Ryan S., Abe, and John Ho for their amazing work in fixing this problem. And I also appreciate the fast and efficient help from team members like Paulina, Ciarra, and others who always make sure everything gets sorted out super quickly.
