I've been dealing with their support for months now, and it's been a total disaster. They say they've got top-notch customer service, but from what I've experienced, it's anything but that. My brand new bike had a battery issue, and getting them to acknowledge that it was covered under warranty was like pulling teeth. I had to send a ton of emails back and forth, waiting weeks for a response each time. And get this - they even tried to say the warranty had expired, can you believe that? Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, to say the least.
