E-Bike order cancellation
I had a bit of a rough time with an e-bike order recently. I ended up having to cancel it, but somehow the bike still got shipped to me. Dealing with the return process was a total pain - I had to snap a bunch of photos, wait forever for them to approve the return, and then it took ages to actually get my money back once the bike was sent back. Trying to talk to the company through their online chat was like pulling teeth, and I never felt like my issues were really addressed. All in all, it was a total headache and I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
My e-bike broke down after just one month
What a total nightmare trying to deal with customer service, eh? I sent them a bunch of emails and all they did was keep asking for more pictures and videos, even though I had already given them everything they needed. It's been three weeks and I've sent over 20 emails, but still no sign of any help. Honestly, it feels like a total scam and now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to fix the issue on my own.
Electric bikes purchase
So I bought this electric bike not too long ago, right? And let me tell you, their customer service is just awful. Like, seriously terrible. I've been dealing with their support for months now, and it's been a total disaster. They say they've got top-notch customer service, but from what I've experienced, it's anything but that. My brand new bike had a battery issue, and getting them to acknowledge that it was covered under warranty was like pulling teeth. I had to send a ton of emails back and forth, waiting weeks for a response each time. And get this - they even tried to say the warranty had expired, can you believe that? Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, to say the least.
E-bike
This company's customer service is just awful, eh. I've been on hold for hours trying to get help with my new bike, and guess what? They even threatened to void the warranty when I got a bit frustrated. Not cool, eh. I'd suggest going to a local shop, even if it means spending a bit more. Trust me, it's worth avoiding the headache.
Electric bike with faulty battery
I bought an electric bike from this company and I was really disappointed when the battery died after only 300 miles. When I reached out to customer service, they told me the cells had gone bad and I'd have to buy a new one. I don't think it's fair for a bike that was so expensive and barely used. I was hoping for better quality and service from this company, but they didn't support their product like they should have.
Bike purchase on 8th September, still waiting
So, hey, I got this bike on September 8th, and they told me it'd be here in 10 days, but it's already November 8th and still no bike! I've sent them a bunch of emails asking for a refund, but they're ignoring me. It's super annoying! I feel like I'm being ripped off. I'm thinking about taking legal action to get my money back. Stay away from this place, it's a complete scam, ugh!
Ebike purchase
I got my ebike and it's amazing, eh! But let me tell you, the service is brutal, eh! I live up here in the Great White North and I thought I'd be getting better treatment, you know. The customer service is so bad, it's like watching a polar bear try to play basketball - totally impossible, eh! My bike is still under warranty but they're ghosting my emails like it's no big deal, just like snow melting in the spring. They said they'd help me out, but all I'm getting is the cold shoulder. So bummed out, eh!
Recent bicycle purchase
My recent bike purchase has been a real letdown from start to finish. I got two bikes back in mid-August, and just a few days later, one of them was acting up because of a faulty battery. Dealing with this problem has been a total headache. The company asked for videos and pics to prove the battery issue, but emailing them was a pain because the files were too big. I can only talk to the company through email or chat, which has been super slow and annoying. Plus, the assembly instructions that came with the bikes were confusing, and the website didn't have all the info I needed, making things even more frustrating.
Fraudulent pricing
This company's a total scam, eh. They trick folks with their misleading ads. We got caught in their trap, thinking we were getting a great deal on bikes, but ended up with nothing after waiting forever. The customer service was awful, eh. Useless and didn't care about their shady ways. They should've stuck to the original price or given us a similar deal on another bike. Don't give this company your money, eh!
E-bike with controller issue
The customer service at this place is just terrible. My controller burned out while still under warranty, and it's been over six months now with no solution in sight. My $2000+ bike is basically just a dust collector at this point because of this. It's really frustrating not being able to use something I spent so much money on. This whole situation is making me seriously reconsider if getting an electric bike was even worth it. The company's lack of support and communication is really disappointing, to say the least.
14 month old bike, motor not working
My bike was fine up until recently when the motor decided to stop working, even though all the electronics seem to be working okay. The service team mentioned it could be error 25 and walked me through some steps to try and fix it, but no luck. Then they said I need a new 'controller', but wouldn't you know it, they're out of stock. Not too thrilled that my $2000 bike is out of commission, I can tell you that. I might just look for a different brand next time.
2 electric bikes
The e-bikes we got were RadRover ST & RadCity ST. They were pretty good for the price and ordering them was a breeze. But, we ran into some problems with the delivery that we weren't too thrilled about. We ended up having to reach out to customer service after buying them, and let me tell you, it was not a fun time. The website was a pain to use, there wasn't much communication, and the responses we did get were not at all helpful. We've had our bikes for about 3 months now, and we've decided that our next purchase will definitely be from a local shop in Missouri.
Battery issue
So, me and my wife got these awesome bikes, but then we ran into some major trouble with the batteries. Thankfully, we decided to head to the store and that's where we met Liam. He was really friendly and managed to fix our issues in no time. Not only that, he also shared some great tips with us on how to properly maintain our bikes. Liam is just amazing and the rest of the staff at the store are incredibly helpful as well!
Bought 2 sweet bikes
So, I got these really awesome bikes a little while back, eh. But then one of the batteries just up and died after no time at all, mate. So, I tried reaching out to get it fixed, but couldn't even give 'em a call, you know? Sent tons of emails, and it took ages to finally get a new battery. And then, would you believe it, that one was all messed up too, eh! They just kept dragging me along, getting me all worked up, and now I'm totally done, eh. I ain't never buying another bike from them ever again!
E-Bike parts purchase
I just bought some e-bike parts from this company, eh, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a letdown, eh. The customer service was just terrible, eh. I sent them photos and detailed descriptions but they couldn't figure out what parts I needed, eh. And when I finally got my order in, it took forever for the parts to show up, eh. They just made a shipping label and didn't actually send out the package right away, eh. To top it all off, emailing them was a real headache, eh. Every reply was from a different person who didn't know what was going on, eh. All in all, the disorganization and inefficiency in the customer service department really got me frustrated and disappointed with my purchase, eh.
Two RadCity 5 bikes in Canada
We bought two bikes from this company not too long ago. Gotta say, we're pretty happy with the bikes overall. But, let me tell ya, the Canadian customer service? Not so great. Seems like they're more focused on places other than the UK these days. Dealing with their Seattle office has been a bit better for us. And don't even get me started on the headlight situation! It conked out right after the warranty was up. Total bummer.
E-bike tires replacement
I'm really bummed out about the crappy tires that came with my e-bike, and the company taking forever to deal with the recall. It's been over 6 months and I'm still waiting for new tires. The lack of help is driving me nuts! The company even said not to ride the bike until the tires are replaced, but they haven't done anything about it. This kind of customer service is just not okay.
Disappointing experience
After I bought something, I was really bummed out about the quality and service I got. The bike I got was way too expensive and didn't work well at all. The brakes started making a weird noise after only two weeks, which was super frustrating and disappointing. The customer service was terrible too, with unhelpful replies and they didn't really care about my problem. It was a total letdown from beginning to end.
Rad Runner
As a tech, I gotta say Rad Power Bikes is a pretty awesome company. The founder, Mike Radenbaugh, is so chill and actually gives a hoot about his customers and staff. Their e-bikes aren't just cool-looking, they're also super reliable. Now, as someone who knows machines inside and out, I know they can sometimes act up. But Rad Power Bikes always steps up to help out, even after you've bought one. I've got a Rad Runner myself and I've really put it through the wringer with over 3000 tough miles. Still runs like a dream, no problems at all.
E-bike malfunction
I recently had some trouble with my e-bike losing power while going up hills. I contacted customer service for help, but the response I got was not what I expected. The person I spoke to said that none of their bikes were actually built to handle uphill climbs, which I found pretty surprising. They asked me to send a video so they could figure out what was wrong, and after watching it, they said my bike was not being properly maintained and had some rust. As a new e-bike owner, I was disappointed with the service I received.
