    I've bought sunglasses from this eyewear store a few times, and I gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. There was this one instance where they let me know that the model I wanted was out of stock, and they offered me the choice of picking another pair or waiting for it to be back in stock. That kind of communication and thoughtfulness is really impressive. I'm grateful for how they go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy.

    As someone who's been a loyal user of hair care products, I've tried out a bunch of stuff from their line like the shampoo, conditioner, DNC, and tablets. Over the past 9 months of using them regularly, I've seen some pretty good results with my hair looking healthier and shinier. These products have definitely helped to make my hair feel stronger and more manageable. But one thing that really bugs me is the extra costs for shipping, duty, taxes, and exchange rates when ordering from Canada. It ends up jacking up the price a lot, which makes it tough for us Canadians to keep using them. It would be awesome to have a local distributor here in Canada to help cut down on these extra costs and make things more affordable for folks like me.

    Awesome class reunion order

    The iPromo team really nailed it when it came to my class reunion order. I got mugs, caps, tote bags, and chargers, and they all turned out amazing! Jacob Epstein was so helpful in helping me choose the items and picking out colors. The artist even made my image look better! Everything came ahead of schedule and was in perfect shape, which made my classmates so happy. And to top it off, Elizabeth Mendoza stepped in to help with delivery when Jacob was away. Overall, they did a fantastic job!

    First time online order

    I was so excited for my first online order, but it ended up being a big letdown. I was really upset when I realized my order was cancelled without anyone letting me know. I had to figure it out on my own when my order never showed up, and I saw that it was cancelled in my account. Now I have to wait and see if I'll get my money back, and it's making me hesitant to shop online again.

    I contacted Impact for tech support and I have to say, I'm really let down by the service I've been getting. I made a support ticket 2 months back and still haven't heard anything from them. It's not cool to leave me hanging like this, especially since I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. On top of that, my payment is stuck and nobody has told me why. I'm really disappointed with how Impact is handling this and they need to step up their game in terms of professionalism and customer care.

    Two RadCity 5 bikes in Canada

    We bought two bikes from this company not too long ago. Gotta say, we're pretty happy with the bikes overall. But, let me tell ya, the Canadian customer service? Not so great. Seems like they're more focused on places other than the UK these days. Dealing with their Seattle office has been a bit better for us. And don't even get me started on the headlight situation! It conked out right after the warranty was up. Total bummer.

    I snagged this sweet pair of sneakers off this website for 201 bucks, eh. But when they arrived, they were garbage quality – they split on both sides. I reached out for a refund, but they were total amateurs about it. They said I had to cover the cost of shipping and the tax they took out from my refund. They only coughed up 93 dollars, which is a rip-off, eh. The customer service folks were rude and useless. I had a terrible time with this online store, for sure.
