Classic sneakers and a trendy bomber jacket
I gotta say, the customer service at this place is absolutely amazing. I've had some bad experiences with online shopping before, but this store really knows how to take care of their customers. My order came super quickly, and the stuff I got was top quality. The website is easy to use and they have a great selection of products. I'd totally recommend this store to anyone looking for trendy stuff and awesome service.
Pre-ordered hard-to-find shoes, arrived early.
Amazing online store, eh? The shoes I pre-ordered were impossible to find anywhere else, and they showed up earlier than expected, even quicker than the website said. The shipping with DHL was lightning fast, eh? The customer service team is super friendly and quick to answer any questions. All in all, it was a top-notch experience, for sure!
Unsatisfactory purchase
My experience with this online store was such a letdown. The customer service was terrible, they didn't let me know about the import fees in the total cost of my purchase. When I tried to return the items, they told me I had to pay more to send them back. And to make matters worse, the jeans I ordered were supposed to be regular fit but ended up being carrot fit. That difference in the product descriptions is just not cool and shows they're not very professional. The only good thing was the nice packaging of the items.
Ripped tag on 300€ hoodie, expensive return process
Eh, so I bought this 300€ hoodie and the tag was partly ripped, eh. Then I had to pay an extra 15€ for shipping, eh. When I tried to return it, they said I gotta pay taxes, duties, and shipping fees all over again, eh. So in total, it would cost me 248€ just to send back this messed up hoodie, eh. The customer service emails they sent me were so rude, like so aggressive and full of themselves, eh. They basically treated me like I'm dumb and like I'm a bother to them, eh. And they wouldn't even admit that their product was defective, eh. After all that, I'm pretty sure this shop isn't even legit, eh.
Leather jacket purchase
Oh, man, I just got this awesome leather jacket from this store and it was amazing! Their website is so easy to use and they have a ton of cool clothes and accessories to choose from. Plus, my order came really fast and their customer service is top-notch. Piergiorgio was especially awesome at helping me out with a problem I had. I even found some things that I couldn't find anywhere else around here, so now this is my favorite place to shop. I totally recommend it!
Interesting store
I really love the stuff they have on this website! It's all so unique and great quality. The only bummer is the shipping fee, they should probably take another look at that to make shopping even better. The customer service is amazing, super helpful!
Wrong-sized sneakers
I recently bought a pair of sneakers from this store and I was really let down by the whole experience. They sent me the wrong size and then charged me a lot for postage when I tried to send them back. When I spoke to customer service about it, they were no help at all and told me I had to pay for all the shipping. It's not fair to make customers pay for the store's mistake. I'm currently fighting the charges with PayPal because I won't pay for their error. I won't be shopping here again and I'll definitely warn others about their awful customer service.
Sneakers purchase
I snagged this sweet pair of sneakers off this website for 201 bucks, eh. But when they arrived, they were garbage quality – they split on both sides. I reached out for a refund, but they were total amateurs about it. They said I had to cover the cost of shipping and the tax they took out from my refund. They only coughed up 93 dollars, which is a rip-off, eh. The customer service folks were rude and useless. I had a terrible time with this online store, for sure.
