I bought something online a while ago from this one store, but I still haven't gotten my stuff. The customer service people told me that my package got sent back from customs and they would give me a new tracking number, but it's been months and nothing yet. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by this whole thing. Just a heads up to others, be careful if you're thinking about buying from this store because you might end up in the same boat as me.
Dress purchase for event
So, I went to the store the other day and boy, was I disappointed with the service. There was this one staff member, let's just call her Hannah, who had the worst attitude ever. She made the whole shopping trip a nightmare. Hannah was being rude and unprofessional, and I felt like she couldn't care less about helping me out. It was pretty obvious she wasn't enjoying her job that day, but that doesn't give her a free pass to treat customers poorly. The way she talked to me was just plain disrespectful and made me feel like she thought she was better than me. All in all, I left feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.
Annoying email spam
To be honest, I don't even remember giving my email to this company, but I keep getting their spam emails. I've unsubscribed multiple times in the last few years, yet they always find a way into my inbox. It's really frustrating and feels like a breach of my privacy. Having to keep marking them as spam just to keep my inbox clean is so annoying. They need to do better, for real.
Recent online purchase
I just had the worst experience shopping online. I tried to buy something three times, got confirmation emails each time, but then they cancelled all my orders. When I called customer service, they told me to make a new order at a higher price cause the sale was over. Can you believe that? This is totally ridiculous and not okay.

I gotta say, my order showed up way faster than I thought it would. Not sure what slowpoke delivery service everyone else is using, but mine came super quick. And the quality of the clothes I got is actually pretty top-notch for the price I paid. I'm pleasantly surprised and impressed by the whole experience. Keep it going, folks.

I ordered these really cool shoes online, eh, but they never showed up! I sent a bunch of emails asking where they were, but didn't get any answers. When I asked for my money back, they just said no. I should have checked the reviews first! Luckily, I paid with my credit card, so I'm gonna dispute this for sure, eh.
XL Hoodie and XL shorts for my husband
I ordered an XL Hoodie and XL shorts for my husband, but they came late and smaller than expected. The quality is really bad because as soon as my husband tried on the new shorts, the design started peeling off. I've never seen such low-quality stuff, definitely not worth the money. I've found better stuff at places like Shein.

Cancelled order, wrong address hassle
I ordered something online and they went ahead and canceled my order without even letting me know! They tried to tell me I gave them the wrong address, but I know I didn't! They promised to reship it, but then turned around and canceled it again the very next day! I had already paid for it! Now I can't find the same items for the same price. It's just not fair!
Suspicious return process
The return process with this company was a total nightmare, eh. I sent back my item, the tracking said it was delivered, but they're saying they never got it. They wanted a photo receipt for proof, like the tracking number wasn't enough. I don't know if I'll ever see my money back from this sketchy company. Feels like I'm getting ripped off dealing with them, to be honest. Might have to report this to the authorities soon, eh.

The website was a pain to use, I had trouble finding my way around and it was all glitchy. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times but they couldn't fix the issues. Then they went ahead and cancelled my order, telling me to make a new one but at full price, not the discount I originally got. It was so annoying and such a waste of my time.

I can't believe how cheeky this company is. I thought I was being clever by ordering based on their size chart, but boy was I wrong. The sneakers showed up way too small, and even my friend who is a size smaller couldn't squeeze into them. When I reached out to customer service to return them and get my money back, they just brushed me off and said they sent the right stuff. Can you believe that? They basically told me to deal with it and wear them or pass them off to someone else. It's just plain ridiculous!

I ordered a pair of walking shoes on January 27, 2021, and I still haven't gotten them. I've tried reaching out to both the courier and the company several times, but haven't gotten any answers. Dealing with this situation has been really frustrating and disappointing for me.

I was so excited for my first online order, but it ended up being a big letdown. I was really upset when I realized my order was cancelled without anyone letting me know. Oh man, this company's customer service is just terrible. They won't do exchanges or refunds for sizing problems, so you're stuck with clothes that don't fit and no money left. Don't bother ordering from them - it's not worth the hassle.

I went to the store and bought some black shirts. The lady who helped me was really unfriendly. She just tossed my clothes on the table and changed the bag size all grumpy-like. Her name is Nila, by the way. Why be mean? Just be friendly.

The service at this store is amazing. I've placed two orders already and have been really impressed both times. The shipping is super fast, and I love getting tracking numbers to keep an eye on my package. They get my orders ready to go really quickly, making sure everything arrives on time.
