So, I went to the store the other day and boy, was I disappointed with the service. There was this one staff member, let's just call her Hannah, who had the worst attitude ever. She made the whole shopping trip a nightmare. Hannah was being rude and unprofessional, and I felt like she couldn't care less about helping me out. It was pretty obvious she wasn't enjoying her job that day, but that doesn't give her a free pass to treat customers poorly. The way she talked to me was just plain disrespectful and made me feel like she thought she was better than me. All in all, I left feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.

If I could give them no stars I really would. They have a blatant disregard for the law and have been disgusting throughout the whole process of me joining them.
I was lured in by the free trial, I joined with the promise that if I didn't see myself ultimately having the time for it I could cancel with no charge. The next day I find a £50 charge on my card for 'supplies' needed for this cause supposedly. I told them I did not purchase this and did not agree to this as it was not in the terms and conditions. They flat out told me it was and that I had accepted this charge when I signed up. The way they treat your concerns is disgusting and scummy. The worst part is, I told them to cancel my account because I did not want to continue with such a thieving company but they thought it better to extend my membership for 3 more months as a form of 'goodwill'. I told them I was not interested and I wanted them to cancel my account. They have now charged me another £50 after the end of the 3 month period. The money is minimal but it is the principal. They are essentially stealing and choosing to do nothing about it. My expertise in law is sparse on contractual law but I have a colleague who is building a case against them. They cannot do this to people. It's sickening.
