    Long term parking booking at JFK

    Had the absolute worst time booking long term parking at JFK through Way.com. The shuttle never showed up, so I had to just drive myself to the airport. When I got back, I waited FOREVER for a ride back and they ended up telling me to take an Uber because they were too busy. To top it off, my car was parked on the street in front of a sketchy weed store, and I had to get my keys from some random dude in a different car. Not a safe area at all and the service was super rude. Definitely would not suggest using them!

    Parking lot purchase

    I went to this parking lot and nobody was there! I waited so long for the shuttle and ended up going to another parking lot down the road. When I picked up my car, the bill was way more than what I expected! Such a rip off! I told my friend to use this parking lot and the same thing happened to them too! It's a total scam, don't trust them! I tried to get my money back, but no luck. They only refunded part of it, but it was still a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and don't book with them! The customer service was terrible, they even hung up on me! I waited forever for someone to pick up the phone. My poor friend is going to have to deal with this too when they get back from vacation. So mad! 😡👎

    Overpriced parking service

    The parking service is way too expensive, with hidden fees that they don't tell you about at the start. They didn't even mention that I needed a taxi from the hotel to the airport until after I had already parked my car. When I asked for a refund since I didn't use the service, customer service just brushed me off and said "tough luck". This is a terrible way to run a business and I definitely won't be using their service again.

    I recently booked some paid parking through Way and unfortunately had to cancel my trip at the last minute. When I contacted them to get a refund of my deposit, they said they'd only give me "Way bucks" as credit instead of giving me my original payment back. I agreed, thinking I'd use it in the future. But then a year later, I found out the credit had expired. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I got no solution and basically lost my money. It's frustrating that Way doesn't clearly communicate their credit expiration policies, which ends up leaving customers like me in the dark.

    Airport parking reservation

    I reserved a spot for parking at the airport through Way, and man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed when I got there. The price I saw on the website was way off, because when I arrived they slapped me with an extra $7 per day for my big ol' SUV. That extra cost almost doubled what I thought I was gonna pay. The worst part is, they didn't even make it clear when I was booking online, so it felt like a sneaky move. They reel you in with those low prices and then bam, hit you with hidden fees when you show up. And to top it all off, I had to pay that extra charge in cash at the parking lot, which totally defeated the purpose of booking ahead of time online. Honestly, it felt like a total scam. I'd recommend steering clear of Way to avoid getting caught up in the same mess.

    Sapphire membership sign-up

    My experience with the company was pretty disappointing eh. I ended up signing up for their paid "Sapphire" membership twice without even realizing it, so I had to go ahead and cancel. It was pretty annoying to find out that this whole sign-up thing happens automatically when you book with them. Plus, I found out they work with some shady lots, which made me wonder about their business practices. Even though they said I'd get a full refund for cancelling, they only gave me credit in "Way Bucks" instead, which wasn't what I agreed to. All in all, I felt like they were being sneaky and taking advantage of me. Their app and website weren't the greatest either, which just added to the whole negative experience, you know?

    Whoa, heads up when buying! It's all good at first, but be careful with sneaky sign-up for paid services after you make a purchase. Don't forget to uncheck that box to avoid extra charges. If not, they'll start charging you without even asking! You'll have to give them a call to put a stop to it. Definitely not cool!

    Parking spot overbooked

    Let me tell you about my recent experience with this place, eh. I saw the cheap parking rates and thought, "Hey, what a deal!" But boy, was I let down when I got there and my spot had been double-booked. I had paid for a specific spot, but there was no spot to be found when I needed it. False advertising, for sure! I ended up driving around forever trying to find another spot, and let me tell you, it was a major hassle, eh. Needless to say, I won't be tricked by their cheap rates again, that's for sure.

    It's pretty disappointing when you get to the airport and the parking lot you reserved is full and they can't honour the reservation. It just adds unnecessary stress and inconvenience, having to rush around to find another parking spot and almost missing your flight. Parking lots need to make sure they honour reservations so this doesn't happen again in the future.

    This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a company. I booked airport parking through Way, but when I got there, they told me it was full. I couldn't believe it - I had a reservation! So, I tried booking another spot through Way, but the same thing happened. I ended up missing my flight because of this mess. When I contacted Way for a refund, they made it so hard. They kept asking for proof from the parking lot that it was full and that I didn't park there. It felt like they were just making excuses to not give me a refund. I'm still waiting for that refund. And of course, no compensation for missing my flight.

    Arrival at parking facility

    I just got to the parking lot and found out that the shuttle wasn't working, so I had to figure out how to get to the airport on my own. Luckily, I was able to easily get an Uber. I contacted the company to ask for a refund for the Uber ride and they came through with a credit once I showed them the receipt. They handled the situation well and I'm thankful for that.
