Had the absolute worst time booking long term parking at JFK through Way.com. The shuttle never showed up, so I had to just drive myself to the airport. When I got back, I waited FOREVER for a ride back and they ended up telling me to take an Uber because they were too busy. To top it off, my car was parked on the street in front of a sketchy weed store, and I had to get my keys from some random dude in a different car. Not a safe area at all and the service was super rude. Definitely would not suggest using them!

It's a total scam, don't trust them! I tried to get my money back, but no luck. They only refunded part of it, but it was still a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and don't book with them! The customer service was terrible, they even hung up on me! I waited forever for someone to pick up the phone. My poor friend is going to have to deal with this too when they get back from vacation. So mad! 😡👎

They didn't even mention that I needed a taxi from the hotel to the airport until after I had already parked my car. When I asked for a refund since I didn't use the service, customer service just brushed me off and said "tough luck". This is a terrible way to run a business and I definitely won't be using their service again.
