4 items from a sale
I haven't bought anything from here in a while cause I was busy adulting with a new house and stuff, but I finally treated myself to 4 things from the sale. Everything was super cool and exactly how they said it was gonna be. Had no problem paying and it came in just two days. My only problem was there were soooo many things on sale that I couldn't decide what to get. Maybe I should use the filter next time, but I like to browse everything just in case. End is the best, they always have awesome stuff, good quality, and I'll definitely be back.

Online order cancellation chaos
I've had such a tough time ordering from this website. For a whole month, my online orders got cancelled five times. I even tried going to the store and getting a clerk to help me place the order, but that got cancelled too. When I called customer service to ask what was up, they gave me wishy-washy explanations like the order being out of stock or blaming the bank for the cancellations. It was super frustrating how they weren't being clear or taking responsibility. It felt like they didn't even try to fix the problem. The website itself was full of glitches that made it impossible to actually buy anything. And the foreign customer service reps weren't very helpful, which was a bummer. It's obvious that every cancelled sale is a hit to the company, so it's surprising how little they seemed to care about keeping customers happy. Come on Canada, we deserve better than this.

I just bought some new dining room chairs and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything went down at the store.
