    As a Browns customer, I really like how they show detailed photos of their clothes on models from different angles. It's so helpful to see how the clothes might look when you wear them. And it's great to know the size of the model wearing the item to help figure out what size to order. But I think they could make the exchange process easier. A smoother exchange system would be awesome. It would also be nice to get more notifications when items are about to go on sale or are running low on stock. That way, we can make better decisions when we're shopping. And it would be awesome if they offered more shipping options and free shipping for orders over $150. It's a bummer to spend a lot of money and still have to pay for shipping. Overall, Browns is a good place to shop, but there's definitely room for improvement to make their customers even happier.

    I found some great gym clothes for my sister at this store. They had a really good variety, with brands like Sweaty Betty and Adidas by Stella McCartney. The items arrived quickly in Lisbon and were packaged nicely, even came with a nice black branded dustbag.

    I was looking for a new necklace and found this website with the best price compared to other stores. I placed my order on a Thursday night and got a shipping confirmation just 9 hours later, which was a nice surprise. The package came quickly on Monday afternoon, even faster than some things I've ordered locally. The necklace was nicely packaged and just like the description online. I liked getting regular email updates about the shipping too. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I'll definitely shop there again.

    Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats

    I recently bought a pair of Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats from this store, but I had to return them shortly after because they didn't suit my style. However, they denied my return saying the shoes looked more worn out and bent than when they were sent to me. I only had the shoes for 1.5 hours and tried on one shoe before realizing they weren't right for me. The style of the shoe is meant to look distressed, so I don't understand why they won't accept the return. I've been trying to sort this out for days now with no luck. It's really disappointing to receive such bad customer service, especially compared to other luxury retailers like Mytheresa, Matches, and Net.

    First Browns visit

    My first time at Browns was amazing. The staff were so nice and really helped me find some cool clothes. The store had a nice vibe, and I really liked the cafe and garden. I definitely suggest checking out this cool shop for a one-of-a-kind shopping trip. I'm already looking forward to going back and chilling with a glass of wine by the cherry blossoms!

Even after I showed them proof of the mix-up, Browns said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't admit it. I've been talking to them for weeks, sending emails and making calls, but nothing's been fixed yet, eh.

    So, I went to this place to pick up some new black sneakers, and oh my goodness, it was like stepping into a whole other world! The staff there were so robotic, you'd think they were zombies or something. When I walked in, it was like they couldn't even see me! Like, hello, I'm a customer, could you at least acknowledge me? And when I asked for help finding the black sneakers, they just kind of pointed me in the direction and went back to chatting amongst themselves. Ugh, so rude and unhelpful! I ended up having to search the whole store by myself just to find what I was looking for. The customer service there is seriously lacking, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

    I had a horrible experience with customer service at this place. I bought an expensive bag that got damaged after only using it a few times, but they refused to help me because of an email mismatch. Like seriously, what kind of excuse is that? Even the brand of the bag was willing to assist, but Browns just left me hanging. No empathy or willingness to understand my situation. Honestly, the least they could do is ask for more information about the bag's condition, considering how pricey it was. It's not like I was using it as an everyday bag - just for special occasions. The damage is definitely not normal for such a short time of use.

    So, I bought this Gucci schoolbag for women from an online store not long ago. Everything went fine when I placed my order, got a confirmation email with all the info I needed. But then, when the package was supposed to show up, it got sent back to the sender without any reason, which was a real letdown. I reached out to their customer service for help, but they were no help at all and wouldn't give me a refund. Dealing with such lousy service and lack of responsibility from the company is really frustrating.

    The food at this place is amazing, eh. I got the lamb rack and it was cooked just right, don't ya know. My buddies tried the linguine and steaks and they were totally impressed, eh.     I was a bit hesitant at first because of the bad reviews, but I ended up buying two things from this store in the last three months. I got some really great deals both times, and I was happy with how fast my stuff arrived and how nice the packaging was.
