Clothing items
As a Browns customer, I really like how they show detailed photos of their clothes on models from different angles. It's so helpful to see how the clothes might look when you wear them. And it's great to know the size of the model wearing the item to help figure out what size to order. But I think they could make the exchange process easier. A smoother exchange system would be awesome. It would also be nice to get more notifications when items are about to go on sale or are running low on stock. That way, we can make better decisions when we're shopping. And it would be awesome if they offered more shipping options and free shipping for orders over $150. It's a bummer to spend a lot of money and still have to pay for shipping. Overall, Browns is a good place to shop, but there's definitely room for improvement to make their customers even happier.
Shoes purchase
My time with this company was amazing. I just bought a pair of shoes from them and I was so impressed by how nice they are. Ordering was easy and quick, and I got my shoes really fast. The service I got was so good, especially when I had to return something. The customer service team was so helpful with the return. The prices were fair for the quality I got. The delivery was quick and smooth. Overall, I had a really good time with this company and would totally tell others to check them out.
Trendy gym wear for sister
I found some great gym clothes for my sister at this store. They had a really good variety, with brands like Sweaty Betty and Adidas by Stella McCartney. The items arrived quickly in Lisbon and were packaged nicely, even came with a nice black branded dustbag.
Necklace purchase
I was looking for a new necklace and found this website with the best price compared to other stores. I placed my order on a Thursday night and got a shipping confirmation just 9 hours later, which was a nice surprise. The package came quickly on Monday afternoon, even faster than some things I've ordered locally. The necklace was nicely packaged and just like the description online. I liked getting regular email updates about the shipping too. All in all, it was a great shopping experience and I'll definitely shop there again.
Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats
I recently bought a pair of Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats from this store, but I had to return them shortly after because they didn't suit my style. However, they denied my return saying the shoes looked more worn out and bent than when they were sent to me. I only had the shoes for 1.5 hours and tried on one shoe before realizing they weren't right for me. The style of the shoe is meant to look distressed, so I don't understand why they won't accept the return. I've been trying to sort this out for days now with no luck. It's really disappointing to receive such bad customer service, especially compared to other luxury retailers like Mytheresa, Matches, and Net.
First Browns visit
My first time at Browns was amazing. The staff were so nice and really helped me find some cool clothes. The store had a nice vibe, and I really liked the cafe and garden. I definitely suggest checking out this cool shop for a one-of-a-kind shopping trip. I'm already looking forward to going back and chilling with a glass of wine by the cherry blossoms!
Bag purchase
I bought two bags from this store recently, eh. One of them came in the wrong size, I ordered a small but got a mini instead, eh. And the other bag showed up damaged, eh. Even after I showed them proof of the mix-up, Browns said it wasn't their fault and wouldn't admit it. I've been talking to them for weeks, sending emails and making calls, but nothing's been fixed yet, eh.
Chelsea boots
I just bought some Chelsea boots online and, to be honest, I was pretty let down by the customer service from the company. I tried emailing them a bunch of times with questions about my order, but never got a response. It really annoyed me and I started to doubt if the company was even legit. It's not cool to see that other people have had the same problems with their customer service.
Black sneakers
So, I went to this place to pick up some new black sneakers, and oh my goodness, it was like stepping into a whole other world! The staff there were so robotic, you'd think they were zombies or something. When I walked in, it was like they couldn't even see me! Like, hello, I'm a customer, could you at least acknowledge me? And when I asked for help finding the black sneakers, they just kind of pointed me in the direction and went back to chatting amongst themselves. Ugh, so rude and unhelpful! I ended up having to search the whole store by myself just to find what I was looking for. The customer service there is seriously lacking, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Expensive bag issue
I had a horrible experience with customer service at this place. I bought an expensive bag that got damaged after only using it a few times, but they refused to help me because of an email mismatch. Like seriously, what kind of excuse is that? Even the brand of the bag was willing to assist, but Browns just left me hanging. No empathy or willingness to understand my situation. Honestly, the least they could do is ask for more information about the bag's condition, considering how pricey it was. It's not like I was using it as an everyday bag - just for special occasions. The damage is definitely not normal for such a short time of use.
Fashionable sneakers
Just wanted to share my experience with Browns as a customer - it was honestly top-notch. The website was super easy to use, had all the info I needed, and the images were crystal clear. The size guide for the sneakers I bought was bang on, so I got the perfect fit. Placed my order without any trouble, and it got to me in just a few days - no complaints there. Didn't have to return anything, but if I did, I feel like it would've been a breeze based on how smooth everything went. The price for the sneakers was fair, good value for sure. Overall, Browns really impressed me with their service, definitely going back for more.
Gucci women's schoolbag
So, I bought this Gucci schoolbag for women from an online store not long ago. Everything went fine when I placed my order, got a confirmation email with all the info I needed. But then, when the package was supposed to show up, it got sent back to the sender without any reason, which was a real letdown. I reached out to their customer service for help, but they were no help at all and wouldn't give me a refund. Dealing with such lousy service and lack of responsibility from the company is really frustrating.
White T-shirt purchase
I'm really bummed about the white T-shirt I bought online recently. The website was hard to use and the whole shopping experience was pretty bad. When my order showed up, the shirt had marks and stains on it, which was super disappointing since it was expensive. I reached out to customer service to ask for a new one, but they never got back to me. The lack of response and poor service was not cool at all. Overall, I was let down by this purchase and wouldn't suggest buying from them.
2 luxury bags
So I just picked up a couple fancy bags from this store and it went pretty well. Got my delivery faster than I thought and everything was all packed up nice and safe. Had a few little problems with my buys but the customer service crew were super helpful and got it all sorted out quick. They were really on the ball, even with me getting in touch on the weekend. Even with those bumps in the road, I'd definitely think about shopping here again down the line.

Meeting my personal shopper, Ermes, in person was definitely a highlight. The store was so inviting, and the clothes were just my style. Ermes and the team really went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable visit. The items I bought were top-notch quality, fit perfectly, and are pieces I'll treasure for a long time.
Returns label delay
I had a crappy experience with customer service at Browns recently. I'd been waiting for three weeks for DHL shipping labels for a return, but no luck. I emailed and called multiple times, still nothing. The lack of communication and efficiency was super frustrating. On the other hand, places like Matches Fashion and Net-a-Porter have been way better with their customer service.
Designer shoes
I recently bought a pair of fancy shoes from this company and I gotta say, their customer service really impressed me. The shoes were top quality, but after wearing them a few times, I noticed an issue with the soles. I got in touch with the company and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my concerns. Lamb rack, linguine, Eton Mess
The food at this place is amazing, eh. I got the lamb rack and it was cooked just right, don't ya know. My buddies tried the linguine and steaks and they were totally impressed, eh. And let me tell ya, the Eton Mess for dessert was just the icing on the cake, eh. The menu has lots of good choices, the drinks are tasty, and the chairs are super comfy, eh. Big shout out to the staff, especially Aurelia, for the awesome service, eh. Thanks for a fantastic meal, eh.
Two purchases in three months
I was a bit hesitant at first because of the bad reviews, but I ended up buying two things from this store in the last three months. I got some really great deals both times, and I was happy with how fast my stuff arrived and how nice the packaging was.
