First purchase, pleasant experience
This was my first time buying from this website, and I gotta say, it was a really nice experience. I came across the site from a TikTok shop and thought I'd give it a shot. It was pretty cool being able to watch my order being packed live, added a personal touch. The delivery was surprisingly fast, and the clothes were really good quality. I was happy they even included hangers with my order, it's the little things that matter. But what really got me was the follow-up email from their customer service team, checking in to make sure everything was good with my order. It's not often you see a company going above and beyond like that nowadays, so I was really impressed.

Discounted books for a Christmas gift
I was a bit unsure about buying from this website at first, you know, because of the super low prices and all. But, I thought, hey, why not take a chance? So, I went ahead and ordered two books on discount for a Christmas present. And let me tell you, I was totally amazed when they showed up in perfect shape and super fast! The prices were absolutely unbeatable, eh? I'll definitely be coming back for more, that's for sure.

Subscription mishap
I signed up for a subscription for my kid’s online classes, but for some reason, they were listed in Eastern Time. This caused us to miss classes and we still got charged for them. I tried contacting the teacher several times to explain, but I never heard back. My daughter was really upset because these classes are her only way to connect with friends and teachers outside of our house.

Indian train tickets
I'm so stoked that I used 12Go for booking my train tickets to India! I didn't even bother checking out the reviews beforehand, but it all worked out perfectly. I came across this company on a super cool website and decided to go for it. Booking my tickets in November on the website was a breeze. I received an email right after booking and then got the confirmation the next day. When we checked our booking on the train site before our trip, everything was good to go. We had our seat numbers sorted and the guard recognized us when we boarded the train. So yeah, everything went smoothly and I was really pleased with the whole experience!
