Expensive bag issue
I had a horrible experience with customer service at this place. I bought an expensive bag that got damaged after only using it a few times, but they refused to help me because of an email mismatch. Like seriously, what kind of excuse is that? Even the brand of the bag was willing to assist, but Browns just left me hanging. No empathy or willingness to understand my situation. Honestly, the least they could do is ask for more information about the bag's condition, considering how pricey it was. It's not like I was using it as an everyday bag - just for special occasions. The damage is definitely not normal for such a short time of use.
