Gorgeous neon sign
I wasn't sure what size to get at first, you know? It's tough to picture until you actually see it in person. But once I got it, hanging it up was easy peasy. It really adds a nice touch to my space and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Plus, it shipped only 2 weeks after I ordered it which was awesome. I love turning it on every day, it just brings some happiness to my home. It was perfect for my wedding and now it's perfect for my little spot 💕.

Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats
I recently bought a pair of Balenciaga Leopold ballet flats from this store, but I had to return them shortly after because they didn't suit my style. However, they denied my return saying the shoes looked more worn out and bent than when they were sent to me. I only had the shoes for 1.5 hours and tried on one shoe before realizing they weren't right for me. The style of the shoe is meant to look distressed, so I don't understand why they won't accept the return. I've been trying to sort this out for days now with no luck. It's really disappointing to receive such bad customer service, especially compared to other luxury retailers like Mytheresa, Matches, and Net.

Language learning program
The language learning program works really well for improving speaking skills, but sometimes the lessons are way too long and get pretty boring. I think if they updated the program with a more modern approach, it would be a lot more effective and engaging. Right now, it seems kind of outdated and could really use a big update to stay current with what's happening in language education.

Genuine Apple battery purchase
I bought an Apple battery from Replace Base and was real let down. They said it would work with my phone but it actually messed things up. The battery didn't show the percentage right and caused errors on my phone that won't go away. Plus, the battery was already 2 years old when I got it. If I knew about all these issues, I would have picked a different brand. The screen gasket seal that came with it seemed old too and got wrecked when I tried to put it in. Overall, my whole experience was a big disappointment. The product and customer service both let me down and made me feel like they didn't care at all.

Blue tang fish purchase
I recently bought a Blue tang fish from the store and I gotta say, the customer service from the staff member, Bella, was top-notch! She really went the extra mile to catch the fish from the big tank, showing off her skills and commitment to her job. And even with all that hard work, Bella still managed to stay friendly and assist other customers in the store. Her amazing customer service really made my shopping experience great and something to remember. Petco is lucky to have someone like Bella on their team.
