The Italian language course I bought was kind of a letdown. The conversations were fast and not clear enough, which made it hard to catch what was being said. Plus, the audio quality wasn't great, making it even more frustrating to keep up with the lessons. I think having transcripts available could have made things better, but they don't offer that. It's too bad because the course could be really good if they fixed these things.

The French 3 course costs an arm and a leg, and then they go and cut me off for no reason. It's a pain in the butt trying to reach them to gripe about it, and even when I do, their advice is useless.
