ServiceI'm really disappointed with the language learning program I bought. I spent a lot of money on it, but I've had a ton of problems trying to use it. The customer service has been pretty bad, too. It's been hard to talk to anyone and it feels like they're trying to make it difficult for customers to get help.

ServiceThe French 3 course costs an arm and a leg, and then they go and cut me off for no reason. It's a pain in the butt trying to reach them to gripe about it, and even when I do, their advice is useless. On top of that, they went and enrolled me in a free trial course for Albanian, which is the last thing on earth I want to learn.
