Language course purchase
Language course purchase
TrustHey everyone, I just wanted to chat about this language course I grabbed online. Don't pay attention to those bad reviews, this course is legit. It's been out there for a while and has a solid reputation. There's another site trying to copy it, so make sure you're on the right one. Dr. Pimsleur is the brains behind this course and it's awesome for learning through speaking. So don't be fooled, stick with the real deal!
Book order
Book order
TrustI ordered this book online thinking it would make learning French a piece of cake, eh? But to be honest, it was just so dull and not useful at all. I tried returning it because it felt like a waste of money, but they refused to give me a refund, eh? Those guys are nothing but a bunch of lying, cheating crooks, no doubt about it!
Confidence-building language app
Confidence-building language app
TrustI just wanted to share my experience using this language app. It actually helped boost my confidence in speaking, which was great. I started with a seven-day trial, then they offered me a 28-day trial, so I took it. But when I tried to cancel before the trial was up, they still charged me for a whole month without asking me first. I tried to show them the offer I had agreed to, but they wouldn't give me a refund. I had to get PayPal involved to finally get my money back. Definitely steer clear of this app, it's not worth the hassle!
About Pimsleur
Pimsleur is a language learning company that offers audio-based language learning courses. It was founded by Dr. Paul Pimsleur, a psychologist and expert in the field of applied linguistics, in the early 1960s. The Pimsleur Method is built on the principle of spaced repetition, where learners are exposed to new words and phrases at gradually increasing intervals to maximize retention. The company's courses are designed to teach spoken language skills through 30-minute lessons, which users can complete at their own pace. Over the years, Pimsleur has expanded its offerings to include a wide range of languages, making it a popular tool among learners seeking to achieve conversational fluency.
