    Incorrect order

    I ordered some dog food online from a well-known retailer, but when I got my package from Petco, it was the wrong brand. I was pretty upset about the mix-up - it really caused me a lot of trouble. I tried contacting the Petco store nearby for help, but they couldn't fix it because the order was done by someone else. The staff recommended reaching out to the corporate office, but they weren't too optimistic about getting it fixed. It's really annoying to get the wrong order and not have an easy fix for it.

    Petco is awesome! We take our pets there for grooming and they always come out looking adorable and fluffy. We used to go somewhere else but switched because they wouldn't let us see where the animals were kept. Petco shows us everything and we're really happy with the service!

    I've been trying to get Interceptor Plus for my pet for the past two years, but I haven't had any luck. I've tried talking to my vet and the company multiple times, but it's been really frustrating. Last year, I even sent the original prescription by mail to the address they gave me. But after waiting 10 days and calling to check, they said they never got it. This whole situation has been so inefficient and the lack of communication has left me feeling really let down and unhappy with the service.

    I went to the pet store the other day to get some cat food and litter for my fluffy buddy. But let me tell you, I was really let down by how unprofessional and unhelpful the staff was. Whenever I asked them about the products, they just brushed me off and didn't seem interested in helping me out. I was really disappointed with the whole experience and you can bet I won't be going back there again.

    Hey there, so I'm a customer at Petco, eh. I ended up buying a bird cage online not too long ago. But let me tell ya, I've been having some trouble with their customer service, don't ya know. I've been waiting for an online supervisor to reach out to me since April 11th, and I still haven't heard anything back. On top of that, I'm still waiting for a gift card credit refund for an order I placed online. This kind of service is just not cool, ya know what I mean? If I had known it was gonna be like this, I would've taken my business somewhere else, eh.

    I'm just so fed up with trying to order online from this store. The website keeps messing up and won't take my address, so I can't even place an order. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but all I get are empty promises that never get fixed. I even tried getting a same-day delivery, but it still didn't show up. The customer service I dealt with was just awful - they didn't give me any real help at all. So, I'm done with them and I'll find somewhere else to get my pet stuff.

    Repeat delivery of Advantix tick and flea medication

    So I've been using this repeat delivery thing for Advantix tick and flea stuff for a while, no problems until now. Last month, I go to give my dog his dose, and only two drops come out, not the usual amount. I figured maybe it was just a one-time thing and moved on. But then it happened again this month, so I called customer service. They said they couldn't take it back after a month. I asked how I could show them only two drops came out, and they said squeeze all the tubes next time. That seemed crazy to me, so I just hung up. I've decided to just cancel the whole thing.

    I used to be able to just browse the website to see if they had the items I wanted in stock, but now I'm being forced to create an account just to check. There's no option to skip that step or to say no to their terms. It's sign up or have no access, which I find pretty unacceptable.

    Four large dog flea treatments

    I was trying to order flea stuff for my four big rescue dogs from this pet store, ya know? They were like, "Hey, sign up for our credit card and save 20%!" Sounds good, right? But then they couldn't process my order! They've been messing around for five days, promising to call me back but never do. Like seriously, if you're gonna offer a discount, make sure it actually works, come on! Seems like they care more about money than the pups. I'm never going back there, they can go eat trash!

    Big shoutout to the pet store

    I had to cancel my automatic deliveries because my dog passed away. So I called the pet store and they were really understanding about it. They not only stopped my future orders, they also gave me a credit for something that was already on its way. A few days later, I got flowers from the pet store in memory of my dog. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much, pet store!

    I can't believe how terrible the customer service was at that store. I went in to get some stuff for my pets, and the staff were so rude and unhelpful. When I asked for help, they looked like they couldn't be bothered to assist me. It's like they don't even care about keeping customers happy! The prices were way too high too - I was shocked at how much they were charging for basic pet stuff. And on top of that, the delivery was super slow and unorganized. I ended up waiting much longer than I expected for my order to show up. All in all, it was a huge letdown.

    Food and toys for my hamster

    I went on the website to find some cool stuff for my hamster and it was a disaster. I added 9 items to my cart, including the trendiest hamster food and the best toys, but when I tried to check out as a guest, everything vanished! It was so irritating. Then I had to create an account and try again, only to find that my cart showed 10 items, but when I clicked on it, it was empty. So frustrating! They really need to hire someone to fix their website, like right now.

    I ordered cat food online, eh, expecting it to arrive the same day as promised. Unfortunately, it never showed up, so I had to go to the store to buy it instead, you know. When I tried to cancel my order, the customer service folks weren't much help and just told me to get in touch with DoorDash, eh. I tried contacting DoorDash a bunch of times, but didn't hear back, so ended up with two extra bags of cat food, for no good reason, eh. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing experience, you know.

    I signed up for this pet care plan at the store and man, what a letdown. The person who signed me up said I could cancel anytime, but that was a lie. When I tried to cancel, they made it super difficult for me. The rewards system was confusing too, with rewards not carrying over and sometimes not even working on products. On top of that, the prices were high, so it just wasn't worth it to buy my pet stuff there. It honestly felt like a scam and I was just bummed out and annoyed by the whole experience.

    3 goldfish from the pet store

    I just bought 3 goldfish from the pet store down the street. I was pretty bummed to see the tanks were kind of dirty, with stuff floating around and some dead fish in a few tanks. But the tank my goldfish were in looked pretty clean. Still, one of them died within a day of bringing them home. I like to keep my aquarium in really good shape, so it was sad to see the new fish struggling. It made me think twice about buying fish from that store again.

    Blue tang fish purchase

    I recently bought a Blue tang fish from the store and I gotta say, the customer service from the staff member, Bella, was top-notch! She really went the extra mile to catch the fish from the big tank, showing off her skills and commitment to her job. And even with all that hard work, Bella still managed to stay friendly and assist other customers in the store. Her amazing customer service really made my shopping experience great and something to remember. Petco is lucky to have someone like Bella on their team.

    Aquarium rocks purchase

    I bought some aquarium rocks at the store recently but had to return them because I got the wrong kind. I wasn't too happy with their return policy since I had the rocks in their original packaging and had only bought them a few days ago. They wouldn't give me a refund or let me exchange them without a receipt or an account with them, which was frustrating. Even after trying to sort things out with corporate and talking to the manager, I still couldn't get it sorted out the way I wanted. In the end, I just gave the rocks to someone else.
