Hey there, I ordered two jackets online worth $500 a couple of weeks ago but still haven't gotten them. I didn't even have a tracking number, so it's been hard to keep an eye on my package. I've tried emailing their support team multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back. This was my first time buying from them, and I gotta say, it's been a letdown. Green velvet couch purchase
My experience with the company has been a real mess, eh. I ordered a green velvet couch back in May, but I didn't hear anything until July. The communication was pretty bad, and every time I asked about the delivery timeline, it was just excuses and delays. The delivery date was a total disaster, with lots of broken promises and wrong info. When the couch finally showed up, it was just left at my doorstep without any heads up. This lack of professionalism and responsibility is not okay for a company like this. I'm really let down by how everything was handled.

Stay at a revamped hotel
The hotel just got a makeover with new showers, cozy beds, and all-around cleanliness. But, the restaurant kinda lost its vibe and now feels a bit impersonal. The staff is nice and the service is okay, but having to pay for water and the food isn't all that great. The pool area is cool, but the music is meh. Overall, the hotel isn't as appealing as it used to be and I wouldn't want to stay here again.

These shades are so popular at all the parties! I got a pair for my buddy's birthday bash and they were a big hit. They sparked lots of conversations and brought a fun vibe to the party. Shoes that were awful
I ordered these boots online, eh, and when they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures on the website, you know? They were so bad, I couldn't believe it, eh! And to top it all off, when I tried to return them, they said I couldn't because they were on sale. Like, seriously??? 170.00 for shoes that look like they were made in a dumpster??? Never ordering from them again, eh!

Frame replacement
I'm so irritated with this company! I had to send a bunch of emails just to get them to send me a new frame. It took forever and all they did was ask me the same questions repeatedly. Finally, they gave me the RMA but now I have to ship my frame to the US instead of Canada! It's so frustrating! I've sent it off now and I'm just waiting for my replacement.
