Boots with hole
I was really excited when I ordered a new pair of boots online, but when they arrived, I was so disappointed to see a 5mm hole in the sole. It's not cool that they didn't check the quality properly before sending them out, and it doesn't look good for the company. When I got in touch with customer service, they only offered me a tiny 20% off my next online purchase, but I couldn't use it on anything that was already 50% off. I think they should have just given me the discount to use however I wanted, either in-store or online. Their customer service and quality control need to step it up, or else it's just going to keep ruining people's shopping experiences.
Sneaker purchase
My experience at the store was pretty disappointing. I bought a pair of sneakers there recently, and then found out they don't give refunds for final sale items. It wasn't obvious on the receipt that the sneakers were final sale, which I think is kinda sneaky of them.
High-top sneakers
I got these super awesome high-top sneakers from an online store, but man, they took so long to get here! I was waiting and waiting, it felt like forever! The customer service was terrible, I tried to reach out and they totally ghosted me. So rude! I definitely won't be ordering from them again, I'll just go to the mall for stuff from a brick-and-mortar store. Maybe I'll check out H&M next time, I heard they're much better.
Sandals purchase
I bought a pair of sandals from this store recently and I was really disappointed with how they turned out. After wearing them for just 10 minutes, they broke, showing that they weren't made well at all. Plus, I saw that the store was selling damaged clothes without saying anything about the issues or giving any discounts for stuff like holes, loose threads, or fabric that was messed up near the tag. And on top of that, if you wanted to return something, all they gave you was a store credit, no cash back.<br>It's pretty worrisome how they don't seem to care about quality or customer service at this place. Looks like they need to pay a bit more attention to the little things.
Colourful jeggings stained my backpacks
The color from those colorful jeggings totally wrecked two of my backpacks by transferring onto them. It's obvious that the dye they used was really cheap. Those jeggings can stain anything they touch, and the stains just won't come out. Even my new boots got stained blue on the inside. Can't lie, I won't be coming back to shop here.
Tulle skirt and pink overall dress
I used to really like that store, but lately I've been let down. I bought a tulle skirt that got all messed up and turned into plastic after a few washes. Then, I ordered a pink overall dress and got a maroon striped shirt instead. I tried contacting customer service, but never heard back.
Hoodie and leggings
I ordered a hoodie and leggings online and it was such a bad experience. The size chart was totally off, and when I wanted to return them, they said no because it was final sale. So not cool, especially when they claimed to have "easy returns". Come on Ardene, step up your game.
Clothing items
As a customer, I found the customer service to be really slow or sometimes not even there. It was super frustrating trying to get help with fixing a mistake the app made with my order total. On top of that, the clothes I got were kind of a hit and miss when it came to quality and fit.
Small bag and shorts
I ordered a small bag and a pair of shorts from this store. The bag was ordered around a week ago, but I haven't gotten any confirmation or tracking number. I have no clue where my package is or when it's coming. The shorts were ordered a few days ago and I did get a thank you email for the purchase, but I still can't track the order. My tip for others is to not use Apple Pay for buying stuff here. Even though I put in all my info, there's a good chance you won't get your package when they said you would.
Shoes and boots
I've been ordering from this place since everything went crazy in March, and I gotta say, I've never been let down. The sizes fit perfectly, the shoes and boots are so comfy, and the quality is top-notch for the price. Plus, they're quick to ship your order out - it's like lightning fast! I've ordered from them 4-5 times already, and I can honestly say I'm a big fan. You should definitely give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
Bags and clothing items
I've bought a bunch of bags and clothes from this store, but I noticed the quality isn't that great. After just a few months, the straps break and the seams rip, which sucks because then I can't even use them. It's been pretty annoying as a customer. Also, I've had trouble figuring out the sizing charts for some items, which is frustrating and wastes a lot of time. Even though the designs are cute, I'd rather make my own stuff using the patterns or find better quality products somewhere else.
Summer clothes, shrunk a lot
Oh my goodness, I spent way too much money on summer clothes at this store three weeks ago, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! I always wash my clothes in cold water and tumble dry on low heat, but these clothes still shrunk so much! I ended up giving 5 pairs of shorts to an 8-year-old who fit in them perfectly, even though they were supposed to be XLs! I usually wear a medium, but I was expecting some shrinking, not enough to fit a child. I'm really disappointed and feel like I wasted my money on these clothes that didn't even last me one wear. I won't be shopping here again!
Online shoe purchase
My recent experience shopping online at your store was kind of disappointing because of the refund policy you have. I bought a pair of shoes, but they didn't fit right so I had to return them. I was surprised to find out that not only did I have to pay a $5.00 restocking fee, but I also wasn't refunded the shipping cost and tax. To me, that doesn't seem fair and feels a bit like a scam. I know it's important to have clear refund rules, but taking out those fees, especially when the product is faulty, doesn't give customers like me a good feeling. Since I don't have a physical store close by, I rely on online shopping a lot and this experience didn't leave me with a good impression. It would be great if the store could think about changing these policies to make customers feel more trusted and loyal.
Delayed shipping
I just ordered something from this company and it took way too long to actually ship out. Even though I picked "express" shipping, thinking it would be faster, it still took forever. I really like things to be quick and efficient, so this was really annoying. I still haven't even gotten my order yet, which is disappointing. I feel let down by the whole shopping experience. Even if they have good sales, I don't think I'll be buying from them again because of this delay.
Misleading sizing and poor quality
The sizing at this place is ridiculous. I ordered shorts in my regular size and they were way too small. Plus, their sales are deceiving - don't get tricked by the discount percentages. The clothes start falling apart after just a few wears.

I bought some items on sale for 70% off, but didn't realize they were final sale items. The policy wasn't clearly mentioned in the main ad or when selecting the items. It was hard to find the return and exchange policy.
Clothing Purchase
I just found this online store and I've already made four orders in the last week and a half. The clothing I've gotten has been really impressive in terms of quality. Everything fits true to size and I've found some really unique pieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. One of the sweatshirts had to be sent separately, but it arrived quickly and in perfect shape. This store has such beautiful clothing that stands out from the usual options, and I'm definitely happy with my decision to shop here.
XS clothing order cancelled
I was really let down by the pictures in the KENDALL & KYLIE COLLECTION on the website. As a parent of an 11-year-old girl who's starting to like XS clothes from Ardene, I thought the images were disrespectful and not suitable. It got me thinking about whether I should buy anything from your store. The pictures didn't make young women feel strong, they just seemed to push impossible beauty ideas and treating them like objects. I don't want my daughter to see that kind of upsetting stuff, so I ended up cancelling my whole order with Ardene.
Inconsistent sizing experience
I recently bought some stuff from your store and let me tell you, I am loving the style of your clothes. BUT, there's this one big issue - your sizing is just all over the place. I got a dress in large that fits like a medium half the time, shirts in all sizes from small to large, and pants that fit me like a medium or a large. Oh, and don't even get me started on the body suits. Every time I try to squeeze into one, I have to go for the biggest size, even though I'm only 5 foot 5. And guess what? Every time I wear one of those body suits, it's like a battle. It's so tight that it splits me in places I don't want to be split. Ouch.
VIP discount, soft clothes, frequent sales
I don't get why people are hating on Ardene. I shop there all the time and it's always been good for me. If there's a shipping delay, it's not their fault, blame the delivery guys. Yeah, sometimes there's been a bit of a wait when they're busy and I've missed out on stuff, but that's normal with popular items. Their clothes are always top quality - super soft and comfy. And don't even get me started on the VIP perks and sales, they're the best. I always feel like I'm scoring a sweet deal when I shop there. I'm a happy customer and I'll definitely keep shopping at Ardene.
