So I got this really cool gadget from here, but when it showed up, it was totally not what I was expecting! I tried to send it back, but they grilled me with a bunch of questions.

The color from those colorful jeggings totally wrecked two of my backpacks by transferring onto them. It's obvious that the dye they used was really cheap. Those jeggings can stain anything they touch, and the stains just won't come out. Even my new boots got stained blue on the inside. Can't lie, I won't be coming back to shop here.

I'm so frustrated with my order delivery situation right now. It's been 7 weeks and I keep getting different information every time I try to ask through their live chat. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even help because there are no useful updates. Finally today, they said I can get a refund or have my order resent.
