    At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this online store because of some bad reviews. But I decided to take a chance. I chose to pay with PayPal and also opened a case just to make sure I was covered in case something went wrong with my order. To my surprise, I got my new smartphone just 10 days after I ordered it. It's in great shape and I even got it at a good discount. Even though it's the Chinese version, I had no trouble setting it up as the European version. The warranty doesn't work in the UK, but luckily I haven't had any issues with the phone yet. The only problem is that their customer service is a bit slow with emails, which can be frustrating at times.

    I wasn't sure about buying from this site at first because I heard some mixed reviews, but I have to say, my experience turned out to be really great. We decided to get a Nintendo Switch for my daughter, and even though it took almost two weeks to get here, we were super happy with it. The console was in perfect condition and worked perfectly, and it even came with an English plug. I had to contact customer service because the order didn't update for more than a week, but they got back to me a few days later. Although by then, the order had already arrived. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the product and how reasonable the prices were.

    iPad purchase with speedy delivery

    I just bought an iPad from this company and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it came. Even though I didn't get a notice it was shipped, Royal Mail delivered it earlier than I expected on a Saturday morning. They even threw in an extra charger for UK use. This is my third time buying from them and I've always been happy with their delivery, the quality of the products, and the prices. They could work on their communication a bit, but overall it's not bad enough for me to give them less than five stars.

    I bought a Nintendo Switch OLED from them because they had the best price I could find after searching on Google. I knew they were based in Hong Kong, so I knew it might take a bit longer for the delivery. I placed the order on a Monday night and it arrived at my home in the UK by Thursday.     I recently bought a smartwatch from Tech In the Basket. At first, I was a bit unsure because I didn't know much about the company. But since their price was way lower than other stores, I decided to go for it. The watch actually arrived in 6-8 business days as promised. The package was a bit beat up, but luckily the watch inside was fine. The only problem was that the watch came from the Middle East, so it had a different firmware which made it hard for me to set my location to the UK. But I figured it out and set it to the UAE with English language settings, and everything seems to be working fine. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, especially because I saved £100 compared to regular price.

    I just got two iPad 10th gen for an awesome deal, cheaper than in the UK. They arrived when they said they would, and they were good as new US models, with UK chargers. The iPads were top-notch, and I was happy with everything. But, I wasn't impressed with the lack of help from the customer service team. They didn't give me a tracking number, the order still said "processing" after the iPads came, and no one replied to my emails. It would've been nice to have more updates and communication from them.

    A year ago, I bought a smartphone with 128Gb storage from this online store. I said I would share my thoughts later on, and I have to say that I'm pretty happy with the phone overall. The only problem I've had is not being able to use the internet while on a call. But I think this might be more about my settings or my provider needing all the power for a good signal on the call, rather than a problem with the phone itself. Even with this small issue, I'm really satisfied with the phone. It's still working great, even though it's from a company overseas (like Hong Kong?), and I love the huge amount of storage space it has.

    I was a bit concerned because of some bad reviews, but I got my iPad Pro 256gb today and it was brand new, still sealed. It even had a UK plug included. Plus, it came with an Apple warranty until 2025 and I could easily sign up for Apple care. All of this for just $740.99 - what a steal! I placed my order on Saturday the 13th and even though there were some nerve-wracking tracking updates from DPD, it arrived within the expected 6-8 working days. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

I mean, right after I bought the stuff, I saw that the price on their website went down, but when I asked for a refund for the difference, they said no way. It was so frustrating because they have this "price guarantee" that they totally didn't stick to. Plus, it took forever to get my order and they hardly gave me any updates on where my stuff was.

    Anyway, the item itself was okay when it finally arrived, but honestly, because of the shady rules and bad service, I wouldn't suggest shopping there to anyone.

    I bought a tech gadget from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with it. After just 18 months, the thing stopped working out of nowhere, no warning or anything. And when I reached out to customer service, they weren't very understanding or helpful. Turns out, the motherboard needed replacing, which would've cost a ton - almost as much as a new device. Plus, there was no warranty for repairs outside of Japan, where it was originally from. I felt stuck and let down as a customer dealing with this mess. I highly recommend steering clear of this company and going with more reputable sources for tech gear to avoid getting let down and dealing with subpar customer service.
