Samsung watch purchase
I recently bought a smartwatch from Tech In the Basket. At first, I was a bit unsure because I didn't know much about the company. But since their price was way lower than other stores, I decided to go for it. The watch actually arrived in 6-8 business days as promised. The package was a bit beat up, but luckily the watch inside was fine. The only problem was that the watch came from the Middle East, so it had a different firmware which made it hard for me to set my location to the UK. But I figured it out and set it to the UAE with English language settings, and everything seems to be working fine. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, especially because I saved £100 compared to regular price.
Smartphone purchase - Chinese version
At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this online store because of some bad reviews. But I decided to take a chance. I chose to pay with PayPal and also opened a case just to make sure I was covered in case something went wrong with my order. To my surprise, I got my new smartphone just 10 days after I ordered it. It's in great shape and I even got it at a good discount. Even though it's the Chinese version, I had no trouble setting it up as the European version. The warranty doesn't work in the UK, but luckily I haven't had any issues with the phone yet. The only problem is that their customer service is a bit slow with emails, which can be frustrating at times.

I wasn't sure about buying from this site at first because I heard some mixed reviews, but I have to say, my experience turned out to be really great. We decided to get a Nintendo Switch for my daughter, and even though it took almost two weeks to get here, we were super happy with it. I had to contact customer service because the order didn't update for more than a week, but they got back to me a few days later. Although by then, the order had already arrived. Smartphone purchase, 128Gb storage
A year ago, I bought a smartphone with 128Gb storage from this online store. I said I would share my thoughts later on, and I have to say that I'm pretty happy with the phone overall. The only problem I've had is not being able to use the internet while on a call. But I think this might be more about my settings or my provider needing all the power for a good signal on the call, rather than a problem with the phone itself. Even with this small issue, I'm really satisfied with the phone. It's still working great, even though it's from a company overseas (like Hong Kong?), and I love the huge amount of storage space it has.

I was really nervous at the beginning, eh? I saw some reviews that weren't the greatest, but once I got my tablet after 6 days, I felt so much better! The box was all sealed up and everything looked good. I even registered it for that nice warranty.

I recently missed out on a sale price for a pair of ear buds at a local store. I did some research online and found a similar deal at Tech in the Basket, so I decided to buy a pair from them. At first, I was a little unsure about their location and the fact that their phone number wasn't working, but I decided to take a chance and pay with my credit card. The ear buds arrived quickly, just a few days after I ordered them. I reached out to their team for a VAT invoice and got a response right away. While I would have liked the option to talk to someone on the phone, I would definitely use Tech in the Basket again for my next purchase.
2 x iPad 10th gen
I just got two iPad 10th gen for an awesome deal, cheaper than in the UK. They arrived when they said they would, and they were good as new US models, with UK chargers. The iPads were top-notch, and I was happy with everything. But, I wasn't impressed with the lack of help from the customer service team. They didn't give me a tracking number, the order still said "processing" after the iPads came, and no one replied to my emails. It would've been nice to have more updates and communication from them.
iPad purchase with speedy delivery
I just bought an iPad from this company and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it came. Even though I didn't get a notice it was shipped, Royal Mail delivered it earlier than I expected on a Saturday morning. They even threw in an extra charger for UK use. This is my third time buying from them and I've always been happy with their delivery, the quality of the products, and the prices. They could work on their communication a bit, but overall it's not bad enough for me to give them less than five stars.
Headphones purchase
So I bought some headphones from Tech In the Basket and I gotta say, they were way cheaper than getting them straight from the manufacturer. And get this, they arrived in excellent condition and even came faster than expected. Plus, they offered free delivery, which was a nice bonus. The quality of the headphones was just as good as the ones I got from the brand before. I was a bit concerned because of some bad reviews, but I got my iPad Pro 256gb today and it was brand new, still sealed. It even had a UK plug included. Plus, it came with an Apple warranty until 2025 and I could easily sign up for Apple care. All of this for just $740.99 - what a steal! I placed my order on Saturday the 13th and even though there were some nerve-wracking tracking updates from DPD, it arrived within the expected 6-8 working days. I'm really pleased with my purchase.
