I just bought a smartphone from this company and man, I gotta say, I'm super disappointed. I shelled out extra for faster delivery, but it's been two weeks and still no phone. I've tried calling and emailing, but no luck getting a response. This customer service is just not cutting it, I feel totally let down and annoyed. I really suggest being careful if you're thinking of dealing with this company, folks.
